The service was excellent. I received phone calls to let me know that the reaprman was coming. The repairman was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He was prompt and was able to get my drier fixed even faster than he originally thought.

Price and service were very good. Ended up at the low end of the estimated range discussed prior to making the appointment. No unreasonable padding, including the cost of a fan that needed replacement (vs buying myself online). Addressed two issues with my GE fridge--an urgent problem of the fridge not cooling and a longstanding problem of ice buildup in the freezer. Allen arrived on schedule, was efficient, and answered my questions/explained as he worked. I usually spend hours researching then doing the repairs myself because selecting a repair shop is such a gamble. Using LGA this time was a good bet.
