Jake the technician was polite, informative and prompt.

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Quickly found the cause of problem and resolved issue with my washer.

I had a washing machine issue, and I still have a washing machine issue. The technician stated up front that he had never worked with this type of washing machine and didn't know what was wrong with it. In the end, I paid for a service call for him to try and sell me the same type of washing machine from his company.

Lapp's was able to get a technician to my home within a few hours after calling for my Kenmoore refrigerator.

The Lapp service tech called 30 minutes before arriving and was very friendly. He got to work on our washing machine and was able to determine the root cause of our issue and ordered the parts we needed. We also had the same tech look at our fridge as the ice maker was also having a small issue as well. He was able to fix the ice maker that morning with a part he had in his van. The same tech came out a few days later with the part we needed for the washing machine and was able to get it running shortly thereafter. I thought the cost to fix both appliances was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Lapp Gas and Appliance to others.

When other retailers could not guarantee delivery. Lappâ s had just what we wanted in stock. We made arrangements for them to install 2 weeks later. Then recd a call that they could come over sooner. Excellent to work with. Install person was great. Very quick and efficient and very courteous. Install took place 1 1/2 weeks earlier than scheduled which was great. When other companies either dad not have the product in stock or could not install in a timely manor. Allen at Lapp had the item in stock and we had it installed one week after we purchased it.

Came out two days earlier than my scheduled appt . Repaired my lg washer which no one else would . Very courteous and knowledgeable
