I am not aware of any company that could have scheduled this any sooner. Again - not sure why the B rating ? I can't think of any reason why you would give us a B for professionalism....... (removed member name), I believe you have the wrong company. You contacted us in 2012 for an estimate to clean the front of your roof, facing the street, and the upper and lower decks. No mention of the house or windows. We came to your house, looked at the work being quoted and e mailed the completed estimate for your approval on 3 different occasions. We never had a response from you. How - 2 years later - you came up with this horrible review is beyond me.......again I believe you have the wrong company and would appreciate removal of this rating.
