I haven't been able to get one yet. They haven't come out yet. I am not sure if he has come out. Because it's on the outside of the house he said I didn't have to be here. I called him back on March 24th and I did get a call back from him fairly quickly, so the first response was good. He said that he would come out and look and I gave him my email. I probably have an email from him, but I haven't checked my mail. I didn't have one as of yesterday. His name is Matt Gallagher. He called back probably within a day or two. He called back and said that he would take a look. I told him what I wanted to have done and he said he would email me the estimate. That was back around the 24th of March. A week or more went by and I hadn't heard from him. I called him back and I told him that I hadn't heard from him and I was looking for the estimate. I had already got an estimate from someone else by then. He told me that he was waiting for another job in my area but that he would try to come out soon. I called him probably on the 2nd of April. I don't think I have got a mail from him. On Tuesday I wanted to move forward because I had an estimate from somebody else right away. I left him a message saying I would like to know what's happening because I have two other estimates and I would like to make a decision and to please let me know if he was coming out and he could give me an estimate very quickly or if he couldn't, to let me know that too so I could move forward. I never heard back from him. That call was made on Tuesday and that was my third call. I am checking my mail right now and I don't see any mail from him. I would think he would have called me back and told me if he had sent me an estimate in the email. I have had problems with my email. Once in a great while somebody will have sent something to me and for some reason it gets blocked. I cannot look at my spam mail because it gets deleted. But I would think he would have called me back and said that or he would have called me once he sent the estimate. But I haven't heard anything. My experience has not been too good. I give him credit for the first response. He got back to me right away, but it's been two weeks. I never saw him so his punctuality is probably not applicable. He was great on the phone but if you are not going to get back to your customers, that's not good. I have already booked somebody else. I couldn't wait any longer.

He was professional, did exactly what he said, and did a good job.

A very nice job. I don't know how old my deck is -- possibly as old as 20 years -- but it looks great now. The gave me an estimate with a couple of add-on options. Did a little test area so I could decide on whether or not to do the brick walk-way. (I decided not to since it washed away too much dirt between the bricks.) No sales pressure. They brough all their own equipement. The only think they needed from me was water from my hose to re-fill their tank. They moved and replaced all the deck furniture, potted plants, etc. They were careful not to wash the pain off the house where the deck meets the wall. I opted not to have them sand and stain the deck, but they offer that service as well. Very friendly.

They were pretty good and I will continue to use them if I have the need.

very well , Matt was professional and punctual. He called back promptly and billed according to the verbally agreed price. He did an excellent job and my house never looked better.

Our experience with this company was excellent. We submitted our request for an estimate on the company's website and received a phone call the very next day. We set up an appointment for later that week so that Matt could come and view the deck. Matt came to the appointment and explained everything that they would do, how they would clean it, how they would sand it, and then recommended what type and color of stain would work best for the condition of our deck. He left us with a color brochure and said he would call with an estimate. We received the estimate over the phone early the next week (our initial estimate appointment was on a Friday). Once we decided to move forward with the work (about a week and a half after receiving the estimate) Matt was able to schedule us for the following week. The job took three days (which is what he had quoted, 2-3 days). Day one they cleaned, day two they sanded, replaced the first board, and put on the first coat of stain on the base, and finished both coats of stain on the rail, day three they replaced the second board (after we called to request) and put the final coat of stain on the base. The second board was replaced at our request after we noticed a hole in the wood after they sanded. (We had not been home while they were working, and noticed when we looked at the deck that evening). We called Matt that night and realized he had not been on site that day to know what we were talking about, but he was understanding and said that it would be fixed the next day, and it was. We received an electronic invoice for the work about five weeks after the job was complete. Our overall experience with Matt and this company was excellent.

Excellent. I hired the company to powerwash my home, garage, and deck the week prior. They did such an excellent job I decided to get the deck stained while it was still in a clean state. Two guys showed up in the morning and completed the job while I was at work. The deck looks amazing, and the job left no mess or traces.

Job well done. I contacted Matt to provide an estimate and he was able review the property while I was at work, very convenient. The price was comparable compared to the other estimates I received but Matt's responsiveness and professionalize sold me. The service was performed while I was at work and took about 9 hours. The cleaning service was excellent and not damage was done to my home. The only snag was that he knocked my DirecTV dish out of whack but didn't realize it. He was cool enough to let me use his ladder to check it out but never admitted to moving it. No big deal, as I am a genius and was able to re-align the dish. They did such a good job I hired them to finish my deck the next week!

Service was prompt and professional. A quote was provided within a couple of days of request. Work was done as promised. When they were not able to complete the job on the day they had specified, they called promptly, and finished the job the next day. We were very satisfied with their work.

It went very well. I originally contacted Matt via email, requesting an estimate for cleaning and sealing our deck. Our deck, I should say, is a huge thing that attached to the entirety of one side and the entire back wall of our six-bedroom home. The deck is a split level deck with built-in benches and a very long staircase attached to it also. So we are talking about a large area. Matt promptly replied to my email and said he'd come take a look, and then promptly gave me an estimate, specifying exactly what he'd do and explaining why his estimate might be higher than someone else's. After we agreed to hire him, he came out promptly and did the work quickly and as promised. He was friendly and professional throughout. We actually ended up hiring him to do a couple of other smaller jobs (about $200 worth of stuff) that he noticed (my husband had also noticed before but we hadn't gotten around to dealing with them yet). I would definitely recommend Matt Gallagher to anyone with a deck!

From start to finish a very professional job. Matt answered my call promptly and came out within a day or two to give us an estimate. We didn't have to wait too long for work to begin. When we realized (on the day the work was to be done) that our outdoor faucet had a huge leak, we had it repaired and Matt was able to work us in the very next day. The guy who did the work was also prompt, very professional, and left no mess. Overall we were impressed and would certainly call Matt again in the future.

I decided not to go with Matt only because due to his popularity, it would have taken 10 days for him to come out to do my rather large job. I decided to go with my existing carpet cleaner guy who happened to be in the neighborhood and could do it on the spot.

His estimate was slightly lower than the first one we received. The work was done reasonably promptly. Matt was courteous and professional. All our contact was by phone. The quality of the work seems very satisfactory.

Matt was very quick about coming out for an estimate, arrived promptly. Brought with him lots of pictures to illustrate his services. Also came out promptly to do the power wash, and a few days later to stain the deck. He and his coworker moved everything out of the way and put it back, cleaned up afterwards. Minor complaints, said he would mail me a written estimate, which I did not receive before he came out to do the power wash (and 2 weeks later, still haven't, haven't got the bill yet either!). Didn't give me the date he was coming out to stain the deck and just showed up (if I'd left 5 minutes earlier that morning, I wouldn't even have known he did the job)!

Matt was very timely in responding to our call. He promptly scheduled and performed the work as promised. The work was neatly and professionally done. We will definitely use Squeeky Clean again.

Excellent job at a good price. Arrived on time for the job, and did a great job cleaning and sealing our deck. I would highly recommend them.
