After seeing a $99 gutter cleaning special for Squeeky Clean on Groupon, I emailed Matt Gallagher to inquire whether there was an extra charge for gutter guards. Matt immediately responded to my inquiry and offered to come by the house to estimate the charge. After visiting, he sent an estimate and immediately scheduled the work. Because I prefer to be home while work is being done on the house, I asked Matt if he would be willing to change the date, and he accommodated me by moving the work to the following week. The worker arrived as stated and diligently worked his way around the house. I asked if I could help by moving anything (car, BBQ grill, etc.). However, he noted that everything was fine where it was and that he would make sure to not get water on them (and he didn't). When done, he informed me of the status of the gutters and made recommendations for some things that I might do to improve gutter drainage. Overall, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.

We initially called requesting an estimate for three projects: power-washing the aluminum siding (greenish discoloration), chimney (soot), and north-facing roof (significant moss and mildew) of our 1941, two story colonial. I left a message and Matt Gallagher returned my call by the next day (I called on a Sunday). He stopped-by for an estimate later that week and called with some concerns. After inspecting the aluminum siding, he noted the white paint was breaking-down and that power-washing it would very likely expose the unpainted aluminum. He offered to give an estimate for painting the house as well. I agreed to the estimate, but turned out to be $8200 for power-washing and painting the house. My wife and I agreed to drop the siding wash and opted for power-washing the north-facing roof ($1100) and chimney ($250) and selected a convenient date. 2 workers (including Matt Gallagher) arrived on-time. They setup several ladders to climb the front roof (very steep and not walkable). They spent about 7 hours power-washing the roof and chimney. The results were phenomenal; it looked like a new roof. The chimney looked great. They even cleaned off our porch and welcome mat because some of the roof shmootz fell on it. Overall, we were extremely impressed with Matt's professionalism and results. I would absolutely use his services again.

It went well from start to finish. I have used his company in the past with great results and would call again. He and his staff take pride in quality workmanship.

I checked Angie's list for contractors and contacted Squeeky Clean Services Inc. Matt came in the same evening (he was working on another project in the area). He looked at the gutters and the concrete repair work that I wanted done. He gave me a price that I thought was reasonable and we agreed on the date of the work. The day of the work they came in did the work and left. Matt called later to see if we were satisfied with the work.

Called Squeeky Clean and described my project. Received a quote over the phone based on square footage. Matt said he would put it on their schedule for the following week or perhaps the next. I recieved a followup quotation and changed the sealant they had spec'ed. The next day I went out of town for along weekend and received, much to my surprise, an email saying they would be out the following day. Came home to a beautifully finished porch. I was very pleased. My hesitation on price is that they quoted a price and then I informed them of the the Angie's list coupon for free sanding. I advised there was one additional small (5 x 4) landing that needed staining so he didn't lower his price for the free sanding. Seemed like he was making his quote as he went along. My bad was that I didn't competitvely quote the work. Never the less I am happy with the results.

They moved all of the deck furniture for me and did the work in a thorough and prompt manner. I would highly recommend them to others. The deck looks great and we are incredibly happy with their work.

The service and the workmanship was fine. The only negative was that I had questions about the process since I live in an HOA and they got a little annoyed with me, but the end result was fine.

They ended up being too high with the estimate. I was looking for an itemized breakdown and they never got back to me.

The guys were narrowly focused and would not go beyond that and it would have taken them about a minute and a half to do. Otherwise, the job they did was well done. I did speak to Matt about it.

They did a great job on the deck. It took 2 days to complete it and they did an excellent job on repairing as well as finishing it.

We went with someone else that we had a relationship with and who could do it more quickly. In hindsight we probably would have gone with Squeeky Clean because it didn't go quite as expected. Their quote didn't seem to be way out of the ball park, but it was a bit more expensive than what I was expecting based on previous work we had done. I did talk to the owner and he was really knowledgeable and accommodating. The price seemed like it would be worth it, he had good insight and follow up. I suspect we would have been more satisfied if we had gone with them. I plan to have them back out to quote another job. We haven't seen their work, but I was relatively impressed with my discussions with them. We found them on Angie's List.

Superbly done! Matt was super quick to call back after I left a message. He came by the next day for an estimate, and when we decided to go with him, they started and completed the work super quick. I'm pleased with the outcome and with the outstanding service. Matt is a very friendly and warm guy and we never felt pressured. We would (will) use him again in a heartbeat!!!
