They provided a very thorough estimate and the service was excellent. The house looks fantastic. Everything was done exactly as described in the estimate. The scheduling was easy and they came on the day they said they would. I have no issues with this contractor. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Told me they would secure boards around a stump in middle of the deck , came home and still had tripping hazards and loose boards , wanted to charge me $1900 to build over the stump, got it done for $800 elsewhere, they came back to sand and stain and does not look sanded at all and looks like complete ****. Lit $1200 in fire. If you are looking to revive your deck , don't hire theses guys!!

Very positive experience. Thanks to Matt, Dan and Chris for their excellent service. I am extremely satisfied with the job they did on my deck with powerwashing, board replacement and staining....beyond what I imaged. Dan took the time to show me various color samples as they would appear on the wood as opposed to simply looking at a color chart, which can be deceptive. When I came home from work the day that the job was completed, I was thrilled with the outcome – the deck looked brand new….actually nicer than new! I love the color (Sable) and the work they did in replacing the boards along the top of the deck. They painted around the door frame and replaced the screen for me as well. The guys are top-notch and very friendly, efficient, patient and caring. The price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Squeeky Clean for anyone looking to improve their home.

SCS immediately responded with a quote and scheduled the work within the week. All work was done in one day. Matt and Dan are great to work with I would definitely recommend SCS

I am pleased with the job. Everyone was very nice. My only problem was the time frame in which the project was started & finished, which was from the middle of June to the middle of August. I think when they came out to power wash they should have presented the color selection at that time. Instead weeks went by and then we got a call asking us to pick a color over the phone (no), and more time mailing out the brochure (because they were too busy to drop them off) however the end result was great. I will use this company again, just make sure we agree up front on the time frame.

They were speedy with estimate and took care of job in a timely manner.

It went excellently. A very polite gentleman and his apprentice worked 5 solid hours and did an beautiful job The deck never looked better. Major props to the workers and Squeaky Clean. I would use them again. I believe they do other construction projects. Give them a call

Job was very well done. A little bit of miscommunication around when the staining would be done (it is contingent upon the weather), but once that was straightened out, I was overall very pleased.

Scheduling was not good. Slow to respond to messages and a long time to get service scheduled. Job wasn't completed as ordered and had to get them to return. They did acknowledge the error and agreed to finish. Invoice arrived before work was done.

When I got home they were just leaving, and when I opened my doors (inside my house) I got hit with a bleach smell. I ran out to ask the guys what the deal was, and they said that they use bleach when they do the powerwashing. WHAT??!! I called the company and spoke with one of the brothers who owns it; he made like I was making too big a deal out of the fact that my house smelled like bleach, and that bleach was even used at all when the expectation was that we were just getting everything powerwashed. I argued that that's why the service doesn't take very long, b/c they use a shortcut of spraying your house with bleach vs. just straight up power-washing (which we've done ourselves for the past 5 summers and have gotten the same results). Then Matt (the other brother) called me to smoothe things over, but didn't do anything other than try to convince me that using bleach is the only thing they could do. A few days later, I noticed my plants out back all had brown leaves. My one hydrangea bush that is right next to our house (where their cleaner must have been hooked up) is completely dead - the leaves are all brown and spotted and there are no flowers. Other potted plants and a hanging plant we had on the deck are also all showing similar symptoms, some worse than others (i.e. ones that got directly hit by the toxic cleaners they used). I got my invoice and didn't see any discount, so wrote a message saying given the damage to our plants and the poor environmental practices, I would expect to have a discount. We got $50 taken off of our (already very high) $400 quote. I am extremely unhappy with this company and am shocked that more people haven't written in about the use of bleach and killing of plants. If you're ok with bleach being poured into the soil and plants surrounding your house (not sure why anyone would be ok with that), then by all means, hire this company. Otherwise, find someone else that cares about their customers satisfaction and about the environment and isn't taking shortcuts to make an extra buck.

They did a great job washing and were professional, but the office must be understaffed because they could not give me an estimated date to perform the work even 2 weeks after I accepted the quote and they never called to tell me the time the crew would arrive on the day of service. I called twice that day with no adequate response of useful information. It took 4 weeks to get on their schedule with very little advance notice on what day they were coming. They emailed me late Friday that they were coming Monday. I found the lack of scheduling information and communication frustrating. When the crew was done, the office had a 3 week in, summer college student call me about my complaints and she said nothing useful to add. What good was that? Not Planning to use them again, though the house is nicely clean and I'm happy about that.

Work was performed well although all stains did not come off of stucco. The deck was built beautifully and they kindly accommodated our need to have it done immediately before the house was listed for sale.

SCS was recommended to me by a friend who is very particular about her townhome. An SCS rep came out and did an initial assessment of the damage and repairs needed. They were honest up front, saying that they could give me a minimum estimate, but it could be more depending on how much of the porch wall (past the corner) is damaged. (This was before we saw the termite-eaten wood.) Once the work started they had to take the screened windows out. They warned me that since they were old (1980's vintage) - they could break and need to be replaced - which is part of the reason that the estimate was a 'range'. Then, when they removed the exterior siding, I could see the termite damage. Yikes! Every step of the way, they explained what they were doing and answered my questions. They replaced support wood, they graded the corner area that had 'washed away', and added concrete. They were careful with the screen windows, and in the end they were able to put the old windows back in with no issues. (I did, however, appreciate the fact that they prepared me early on for the 'worst case' window scenario, which did NOT happen.) After meeting the guys at the start of the job, I had a good feeling about their knowledge and skills. They were totally knowledgeable on the structural issues as well as the aesthetics. With that fix, my porch looks better than it has in the 10 years that I've been in the house.

The job was well done. The owner, Matt, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The office manager, Gina, was responsive. Matt's brother, Dan, was informative and easy to work with. A great team provides excellent services.

The stucco looks great and we've had no issues with the down spouting.

An excellent job pressure washing the siding and porch concrete at a reasonable price! The green algae that was particularly bad on the side and a portion of the back of the house was gone, and the entire house and front porch look great! The white viny siding looks like new again. They were professional, and easy to deal with as well.

This is the second time I've hired Squeeky Clean for power washing, and it went well both times. The job took about 3 hours or so (most of the morning) and was very thorough. The scheduling process for the estimate and the job went smoothly.

The work was done promptly, but response to small issues was not great. The job was to powerwash the deck and seal and paint the horizontal surfaces. The powerwashing was done only on the flat surfaces too, so the railings still look dirty. Did agood job of the deck work, but did not respond to our enquiry regarding the railing not being clean
