Contacted SCS, they responded quickly. Emailed us a written estimate. While they were timely in responding to my inquiries some responses did take a couple of days. Had they not told me they were really busy when I first contacted them, then I probabIy would have given them a B in responsiveness. In any event, they powerwashed the entire home and the front decking and did a good job from what I can see today. Would use them again. We noticed on their website they do expoxy flooring, so we asked for an estimate to do our gargage. If we do use them on that project, I'll report back on how they do on epoxy flooring.

It was a positive experience. The service was performed on time and professionally. I will use them again.

Extremely Impressed! Matt came out very quickly after I made the original contact to give me a quote. I was told I didn't have to be there and they would provide the quote electronically. I was working from home, so I was able to meet him in person and discuss what I really wanted to be completed. Matt made some great suggestions outlining what he would have cleaned and how he expected the turnout. Scheduled to have the work completed 2 days later (I was not home). Dan came out and performed the work and actually did a few extra items free of charge. Cleaned as requested all gutters, concrete patio, walkway and the chimney. He also cleaned an additional walkway as a bonus. I've already gotten multiple comments from the neighbors at how great the house looks and I am highly impressed. Quick to respond to inquiries, Quick to provide a quote and quick to get me on the schedule to complete the job! All around great company and I will use them again in the future.

S.C.S. was very attentive from receiving the initial call to completion of the job. Matt was always available to discuss the job. Started on time, finished on time and did an excellent job; far better than the last contractor who did the same deck. A little pricey but well worth it.

We called for an estimate, Matt came out when we were at work (did not have to take any time off), provided us with the estimate. He came out (once again, we did not have to take off work), washed the deck and left it to dry. We talked over the phone about some concerns I had about structural issues with the deck, Matt looked it over and provided estimate for additional work. We added this work to the already existing agreement. We are very satisfied with the job done, our deck looks like new.

Squeeky Clean Services did a fabulous job cleaning our gutters and washing the roof of our house. I'd asked them to make sure they got the leaves off our roof as well as from the gutters, and I was thrilled to see how Dan really took the time to wash the roof off, so that the whole house looked beautifully clean. The whole effect was great. I would definitely use Squeeky Clean again and recommend them to others. They were efficient, thorough, and careful. Dan was very pleasant, and it was a pleasure to have them at our house.

He was great, he was first class and I was very happy with him. I had hired him originally to just check out my roof before the hurricanes to make sure that there was nothing clogging and that’s when he noticed the damage on my neighbor’s roof. He cleared everything out. He came here and did what he was supposed to do. He cleaned out all my drains and everything. I also showed him some of the damage that I had inside so he gave me an estimate for the living room and not for the walls that had molds. He also said that he couldn’t do anything until my neighbor addresses a problem. I also had him bidding on windows for me. I also wanted him to seal the back of my house like waterproof it. So far the only thing that he has been able to complete for me is the water proofing at the back of my house and he did a really great job. He sent two guys out; they took their time and did a beautiful job. It is watertight now on the outside. So they did a really nice job. I was happy with that and the service that he gave me for the gutter and making sure that all the drains outside were appropriately cleaned out and flushed. He was very responsive too. Actually he came to my house to check out the roof while it was pouring rain outside and he climbed on the roof in the rain. It was really nice for him to that. I am going to have him to do my windows as well in the upstairs. He was very responsive because every time I send an email, he emails me back. He is really good and very professional. The price was not cheap but it was worth it. It’s definitely not cheap but its quality work. He is here when he says he is going to be here and everything is top-notch.

The workers arrived on time and performed their individual tasks in a very professional manner. I was especially pleased with the care they took not to damage the areas adjacent to those they were pressure washing. Thus, stone siding and wooden support beams remained untouched. The staining of the deck and stairs was also well done. After they had left and the stain had dried, I noticed that it had not covered the wood as well as I had hoped. (I had supplied the stain to them.) I called and asked whether they would be willing to return and put on a second coat. They did, and, remarkably, did not charge me extra for that additional trip or for the labor. The entire experience was very pleasant and the end result very satisfying. I would hightly recommend Squeeky Clean to others.

Overall, the experience was fine. We’ve used their services before for deck work. Initially, we had some miscommunication about when the technicians were coming; Squeeky Clean was supposed to call, but emailed me instead, which I didn’t receive in time.

The work was fine. I think their prices are high, but I purchased a Big Deal through Angie’s List for this work. My four-year-old was really interested in what they were doing, and the technician explained the process to him, which I thought was nice. I’m happy with their services overall.

Overall, the job went really well. Their price was very competitive. They called me back right away and came out the next day. The technician even did some work that wasn’t included just to help me out. I’ll definitely be calling them again.

It was a wonderful experience! The technicians called beforehand and arrived right on time. They were friendly and professional. Whoever did the coating work previously didn’t do a very good job, but his work was perfect. I’d highly recommend him to others.

Overall, the experience was good. The technicians seemed very knowledgeable. They had quoted us for what we wanted to have done, but when the day came to actually do the work, they were unable to do part of the job. What they did end up doing was very well done.

When the home I recently purchased had problems with leaking joints in the gutters, I searched Angie's list for someone to repair the joints as it was not possible for me to replace them right now. I reached out quite a few companies but the most responsive to my query was Squeeky Clean. I received a call within 24 hours of reaching out to discuss what I needed and an estimate. I received an estimate for $150, which was in line with the other quotes I ended up receiving. Because of the superior response and customer service, I decided to go with Squeeky Clean.I was told that I would put on the calenadar and it would probably be 2 weeks before they could get to the job. 13 days later, I received a call that they were in my area and would be coming by. I happened to be home that afternoon and met Dave. I showed him the problem joints and he went right to work. He was done in under an hour and was professional though out. Even though it is obvious that the gutters will need to be replaced soon, Dave did not try to upsell me on replacement. He did the work and I ended up asking him for an estimate on replacement. He took measurements and let me know that they will get back to me with an estimate. Overall I was pleased with experience and I would not hesitate to use Squeeky Clean again.

This job was handled in an exemplary manner from start to finish. After emailing through Angie's List, I was contacted within hours to discuss what was needed, and then Matt came out to do an estimate within 48 hours. All of my follow up questions and concerns were handled promptly and courteously, and I was told that the job would be done within two weeks. Actually, they had a cancellation a few days later, and the job ended up being done in less than a week. Their crew arrived on time, worked hard, and did an outstanding job. They had a challenging situation, because the house hadn't been power washed in years, and the deck had lots of leaf markings... however, everything looked practically brand new when they left. They made sure I had input on the color of the deck, and left it looking absolutely gorgeous.

I sent a email to Squeeky Clean requesting a estimate in October, 2011. I was very pleased with the gutter cleaning job that was performed in September. 2011. My schedule and Squeeky Clean was not matching up, so no one ever came out to my home to access my situation with the water entering my basement. I did explain that Squeeky Clean suggested previously in September, 2011, that building up my foundation would be a method to try. This suggestion was given without ever entering my home. It was suggested to put dirt and stones around my foundation to prevent water entering. Since I am is disabled, I was going to ask my neighbor to put dirt and stones down. This did not seem like a major job to me. Unfortunately, my neighbor was away. Therefore, I contacted Squeeky Clean again and asked for estimate of building up foundation or whatever needed to be done to solve the water entering my basement. In response I received any estimate for 1,500 for putting down dirt and rocks. I felt the price was unreasonable and therefore, contacted Squeeky Clean and informed them that I was not sure if the foundation was the source of the water entrance, and did not feel comfo0rtable paying$ 1,500 for dirt and rocks without having my home reviewed to access the problem. I also asked it there were any other waterproofing procedure that would be included in that price. It has been approximately 2 weeks and I have not received a response from Squeeky Clean. Therefore, I am going to contact another company,

Overall I think they did great job, quickly and professionally. The office was very friendly to speak with on the phone and work out dates and other questions.

I contacted Squeeky Cean Services, inc. last week after the storm, my gutters were left hanging. We also had water enter our basement after the storm. The receptionist was very polite and friendly to me. She explained the backlog, due to the storm, which I understood. Matthew visited my home within a week and promptly sent me a invoice stating price and what needed to be done. I called and agreed to have the work completed. I was put on their schedule, and received a date a few days later. Two servicemen arrived at my home, 0n September 21, 2011. Dan was very helpful in giving me tips on how to help prevent water from entering my home, by building up my foundation. He pointed out sunken areas of dirt due to the rain. He was straightforward and very helpful. The work was performed in a prompt and professional manner.

I originally contacted the company based on a review of Angie's List contractors. They responded to my call promptly and told me that there would be a delay of about 2 weeks before they could get to me. They came as promised, having called the day before. They did a thorough job of flushing and cleaning up afterwards. From what we discovered in the gutters (sticks, golf balls & lots of gunk), they suggest a product called Leaf Relief to prevent debris getting into the gutters. I had used this product at another house to my satisfaction, so I asked them to quote an installation. The quote was received the next day from the office and I accepted it. I also needed to have a downspout moved to accommodate another project, so I had them include that work in the quote. They came to do the additional work as promised and we very proficient. They included some additional shields at corners where a roof valley would increase the run-off and these shields prevent over-spill. The relocation of the downspout was also done well. I am very pleased with the work that they did. Of course, if the leaf guards work, I won't need to call them as frequently for a flush job!

He did not do the job because he does not take credit cards. He only accepts cash. They were a little high in price.

Good experience overall. Company was very responsive via email, including an initial quote, confirm of when they would come out, and the invoice when they were done. I also asked for a quote to replace the gutter guard, which was emailed to me the same day they completed the cleaning. Very impressive considering how long it takes some companies to respond, especially since it was just a few days after Hurricane Irene and I am sure they were quite busy at the time.
