The initial appointment was set up for the following week, but their scheduler warned me that since they had several jobs already on the schedule ahead of me that day, if they were running late, they might not get to me that day. I accepted this but asked that they call me if they could not make it. On the scheduled day, it was already getting dark, so I contacted their scheduler to see if their crew would be arriving or not. She let me know that they would not make it and instructed me that they would reschedule after the holidays. On the re-scheduled day, I was told they should arrive by 9 am. However, I received a call at 10 am that their truck was being cleaned of snow and ice and would be arriving late. Their man was very polite and professional throughout. He explained beforehand what he was planning to do, then checked with my wife afterwards if she had any questions. My wife asked if this dark streak across our large foyer windows could be removed, to which he actually got up on a ladder to remove by hand using a Magic Eraser pad!! This was service beyond what we expected! The quality of the work was excellent. Our front walk probably hasn't looked this white since it was poured. Would absolutely recommend them for service beyond the call of duty.

Matt provided helpful advice about choices at various price ranges (running the gamut from simply refinishing/resealing the deck and railings to replacing everything with Azek, a composite wood alternative), with written estimates of the options. He didn't pressure us to choose the most expensive option. All of the services were performed promptly and professionally and we are very pleased with the result.

Went well from start to finish.

Noticed stagnant water in gutter. Requested to have the pitched adjusted to improve drainage. Matt came promptly, repitched the gutter, added some reinforcement and now they drain better.

The work performed was outstanding. The office accommodated our schedule. Work was done on time & in excellent fashion.

Very professinoa, called and they replied in about 2 days. Come out and gave estimate. Removed furniture off deck. Did an excellent job. Would have liked help with putting deck furniture back on deck, but did a great job and would rehire. Plan to rehire next year.

Very shortly after my initial inquiry, I was able to arrange a date for an estimate. Matt arrived on time and assessed the property in an efficient and friendly manner. I asked for estimates for pressure washing of my entire two story house and the stamped concrete areas in both the front and back of my home. Matt provided an estimate of $400 for the house and $400 for the two patio areas. He discussed with me that the patios did not appear to be sealed and explained that sealing them would prevent saturation of water and dirt and would prolong their good condition. I then asked for an estimate for sealing as well, which was $2400. He provided an unsolicited estimate for cleaning and inspecting the gutters ($200). I opted not to seal the patios at this time and I also did not ask for the gutter service to be done. We arranged for the pressure washing work to be done approximately 3 weeks after my estimate, to enable me to have some landsaping work finished in my yard first. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He worked for about 2.5 hours. I was very impressed with the results. The brick front of the house had a patch of green algae on it, and there was an area on the aluminum siding with heavy soiling from black and green algae. These areas looked terrific, even better than I expected. The rest of the house looked cleaner as well. Two stone benches and planters that had been covered in brown moss growth looked brand new. Overall I was very pleased with their services. I think I could have paid less if I used a different company, but all the prior reviews steered me to Squeeky Clean and I am glad that I went with them for this work.

The work went smoothly. They used a cleaner with some bleach, and so we were concerned about the plantings in the area but there was absolutely no problem....all the plants were fine after the cleaning. The siding and slate has remained moss free since the cleaning. They responded quickly to our call, providing an estimate within a couple of days of our calling and did the work 10 days later.

The house was clean, garage floor is perfect like a dealership floor, and people who did the work were friendly and very complete. We are very happy.

The service was good. The quality and communication were good as well. They were prompt. We needed the work done quickly for a family event and they really worked hard to squeeze us in and worked hard to do the work in a timely manner. We were happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

The service turned out well. We had no complaints other than they did not power wash a roof on our garage which was a little mossy. They did do a good job and we would use them in the future.

Overall I had a mixed experience with Squeeky Clean. They answered my initial call immediately, and had somebody drive by within a day or two to provide an estimate. So far, so good. I thought the estimate was fair, and asked them to complete the work for us. It was their busy time of year, which was totally understandable, and they said it might take a week or two before they could come out. That was no problem at all. The lady on the phone told me that somebody would call me the night before the service was provided so that we could close the windows, and ensure the house was ready for the work. That call never came. Instead, I got a call one afternoon at work from the team leader who did the job. He informed me that the work was done, but that some black water marks were now on our siding. He said that normally he would wash those off, but was unable to this time, because he was in a truck that did not have a water tank. Our garden hose is in the garage, and that was locked since I had no idea that they were coming. He assured me that the stains were not a big deal. When I asked about the windows being opened, he said that nothing got into them. I took his word on the matter. I got home that evening, and there were indeed black stains on our siding. They weren't massive, but enough to make the front of the house look ugly. I ended up having to power wash them off that weekend. I also found that the window sills of the upstairs rooms had black water stains on them due to the fact the windows were opened. Again, not a huge mess, but annoying since it could have been prevented had they called the night before. I also found that they left a bit of the debris from the gutters on the ground around the house. I found this to be annoying since they claimed that all of that mess would be cleaned up by their team. The debris smelled quite bad, and I had to spend the time to clean it up after they left. They obviously also did not flush the gutters, as they said they would, due to the fact that they did not have a water source. I paid for the service, but would not use this company again. They did not call, as they said they would. They did not clean up everything, as they said they would. It is not my fault that they brought the truck that did not have the water tank, but I ended up having to clean up their mess as a result. So in conclusion they did not do a bad job, but certainly did not win my business for future work. I would not recommend this company for gutter cleaning. UPDATE Squeeky Clean contacted me after my negative review on Angie's List. They apologized for my experience, and provided a free gutter cleaning this fall for my trouble. They made good on their bad work, and I would use them again.

We recently had Squeeky Clean pressure wash both our home and cedar deck with great results! As the exterior of our home is Dryvit (a synthetic stucco product) we had put off cleaning it for many years as we knew it would require a knowledgeable and experienced contractor to do a good job (as this type of surface can easily be damaged if not cleaned properly.)After seeing the good reviews they had and viewing an on-line video they had posted on Angies list we decided to get in touch. When Matt came out for the initial estimate, I was impressed with both his knowledge and with the time he took to answer all my questions about the cleaning process. He assured me that the greenish and grey streaks that had built up over time (on my beautiful white house) could be successfully cleaned and he was right! Many compliments go out as well to Dan and Blake who came out to do the actual work and spent the day washing every area of our home and deck with great care. It was obvious to me throughout the day that these gentlemen take a great deal of pride in doing a good job and we could'nt be happier with the results! Our home looks beautiful and clean again!! After cleaning and inspecting my gutters, they advised me that some of the attachments that lead the water away from the house could cause the downspouts to back up and showed me how to adjust them so that wouldn't happen. Much to my surprise, after they left and I went out to make the adjustments, I found that they had already done it - at no extra charge.

Job was completed as requested and at the quoted price.

after my initial phone call, squeaky clean gave me a bid in approx 5-6 days. the initial pdf attachment had no quote attached, and advised me to call Matt. i spoke to Matt and told him to prep the deck for potential sale of the property. Matt asked detailed questions over the phone. I was convinced that he will give me a good bid. But when he sent me revised pdf, it had only line item and $1900 cost. The second cloest bid was $450 and lowest bid was $410.

They did a great job. They were responsive and professional. They gave a quality service.

Our gutters and downspouts needed to be cleaned out. I called Squeeky Clean Services after deciding to call them by reading reports on Angies List. Matthew Gallagher came out and gave an estimate by e mail of the job that was to be done and how it would be done. I accepted the estimate ( $ 300.00 ) and received a call about 2 weeks after acceptance and notified about scheduling. The technician, Rob arrived on time and proceeded to do the job. Rob was extremely professional,everything that was needed for the job was on the truck, including the water supply needed for the power hoses. The job was completed in an expeditious manner .Cleanup was totally thorough . Very happy with the way this job went and I will definitely use Squeeky Clean Services in the future.

We were quite pleased with them. We did find them through Angie’s List. They had a very good rating. they did a good job.

PI had called Squeeky Clean for a gutter cleaning and to get estimate on pressure washing. We discussed the work and it was agreed that they would do this work. After they did this work we then discussed some painting and other work.The whole job was done very professionally and all of the workers were courteous and did a good job.I actually just logged on today to get their number and I see that I forgot to put the evaluation in. I am now remedying that oversight on my part.

I contacted them via Angie's list and quickly got an email back. I asked for an estimate and they said they'd get me on the schedule. They never did schedule an actual date for the estimate but I had a note under my door a few days later stating that they'd missed me and received the estimate by email as promised on the same day they were here. For scheduling the work I got an email and phone call late afternoon the day before the work asking me to confirm for the next day. I was at work when they were here but the work was very neat, no mess at all.
