It was fine.They didn't do anything other than cleaning. They've pointed out some problems with the chimney that we've addressed a little bit after that but that was all good

They were professional and courteous. They were not the least expensive, but the quality of the job they did was worth the extra cost. I would recommend them for the job they did- no mess was left by them after their cleanup.

This is a project my husband and I wanted done for a few years. The results are fantastic. I had a few small areas I was unsatisfied with and they returned very promptly to clean it again with my oversight. The only recommendation I would make for future use would be to do this in the fall when foliage is dying. Some of my plants were burned from the chemicals in the cleaning solution, but I cannot say I was not forewarned. I also covered my pond so the chemical did not get into the Koi. I will,undoubtedly use them again. as I found them to be highly professional and they aimed to please. They did NOT want any payment until I was 100% satisfied.

They showed up as scheduled and power washed the whole house. Repaired my deck. Very nice people who made every effort to assure I was completely happy with their service.

This is the second time we have used Squeaky Clean. They power washed all but the front of our home, as the front did not need to be cleaned. They did an excellent job. The deck was power washed and allowed to dry. They came back and sealed the deck. Squeaky Clean is terrific. They are friendly, prompt and professional. We will use them again.

I highly recommend this vendor. I was satisfied with the pricing. All work was top-notch and professional. I was quite satisfied with the results of all work done. Summary; My wife has wanted the house PRESSURE WASHED for several years. I finally got motivated to spend some money and got a quote from Matt for the pressure wash of the siding/brick. I also asked for a quote on the roof since it had some streaks. My house was built in 1987 and I plan on doing the roof in the next year or so. However, for now I decided to get some less costly upkeep done. I had looked on the Internet first to check out Squeeky Clean/SCS before calling them. Their quote was reasonable I thought so I just went ahead and accepted it. Next I have wanted to re-STUCCO and REPAIR CHIMNEY for years also. I tried another place and was not impressed with the estimate so I asked Matt if he was interested. Again, the quote was fine and I accepted it. Finally. another long delayed project was the garage. The DRYWALL was never done on the outside walls and the garage floor was quite ugly with worn out paint, small cracks, stains, etc. Again, the quote as reasonable so I decided to use them again to get a high quality EPOXY FLOOR done. All jobs were completed to my satisfaction. The employees were highly skilled. All work was promptly completed once started (we scheduled the work as our schedules and weather permitted). So overall, all of the work was done between March and June 2013. Details: PRESSURE WASHING - Brick front of house, siding on other sides, complete roof. No more streaks on roof or beneath windows. No more algae. Brikcs, roof, and siding now look like a new house. Very nocticable improvement. STUCCO+REPAIR CHIMNEY - wrapped in wire mesh frame and did new stucco to the exterior, replaced topr mortar and chimney cap, replaced flashing on chimney. Definitely better looking for a 25 year old chimney that had streaks, mildew, and had been showing cracks and pieces coming loose in high winds. EPOXY GARAGE FLOOR - I had considered those kits from HomeDepot/Lowes before and am really glad I never did it. There is no comparison to having it done professionally by SCS. The concrete was first ground/leveled with diamond bits to get a nice fresh surface that had all old paint, oil stains, etc. removed. The epoxy was industrial grade and several coats are involved in the process. The workmanship and attention to detail was fantastic. It certainly makes the garage "good looking" now. I chose to have a solid gray color applied. DRYWALL - my garage never had its main outside wall and a side "nook" insulatted or drywalled. I put in the insulation and had SCS come do all of the drywall. Everything was done completely to my satisfaction. All edges were leveled and the walls are perfectly smooth. Once I painted the walls, I have a garage to be proud of now since the walls and epoxy floor really add much more light.

I was dissappointed he did not at least give an estimate. It says he does gutter repair.

Squeeky Clean was great. I put in a request on their website and they called and emailed that day. All communications were through email and they are very responsive! They came to see the house to do the estimate and we didn't need to be there. My Mother was there and they were very friendly describing what they were looking at. They quickly provide an estimate and provided additional services, though they did not oversell. We agreed to the proposal and they came out within 2 weeks to complete the project. They were very professional while working on the house and it looks great! We will use them in the future if we have the need!

It went great. From start to finish I was very happy. I had gotten a couple of quotes from firms I had seen and then used Angie's List to find others and that is how I found Squeeky Clean. Their quote was the best and they were able to accommodate a scheduling need I had by coming out on a Sunday. It was also helpful that the quotes were done via email so they were more responsive and I was able to get them via mobile phone versus having to wait on the mail. They arrived on time and were professional from start to finish. In addition to what I had contracted for, they notified me of minor damage to my gutters and were able to fix them. In one case, they needed to fabricate a brace to fix a broken corner. They explained the different steps they would use when cleaning and specifically how the roof would be cleaned to address my concerns about damaging it. The house looks better then I ever remember.

Matt came out quickly after my request for an estimate. He was honest & thorough. Gina was super helpful with coordinating this to be done before our party. The guys who came out to wash did a great job. Super friendly. They were very careful of all the plants & shrubs - which I very much appreciated! After all was done, we walked around to ensure I was happy with everything. The house looks great. I would definitely recommend them.

East Side of house is mostly shaded and had heavy green mildew accumulation on vinyl siding. Now the siding looks brand new! Neat and clean. Perfect job!!!

Once agreed upon, the work was completed faster than promised, in a very professional manner, and without leaving a mess. Fit, finish, and painting was perfect. You cannot even tell where they did the work, as the moved wall matches the existing finish perfectly.

From initial contact to request a quote, to the job completion, it was very efficient and well executed. Gina, who mans the office, was polite and responsive. Matt came out to do the quote within a couple of days of my initial phone call, and the work was carried out very quickly after that. The guys who undertook the work were very nice (can't recall names, sorry!), and got straight on with it. There was a minor problem with some siding that came down, but it was promptly repaired. We'd had an issue with the siding in that location before, so in no way was it their fault. Our house is a total fixer, so the back yard is not our top priority. The concrete patio is very old, and looked dreadful. Following the cleaning, it looks incredible and will suffice until we are able to update and replace it. All in all, a good experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

DO NOT use this company. I withheld 10% of payment for them to remedy the problem, they came back out and did the same thing. Every time it rains I have new sandbars on my patio that are constantly tracked all over and into the house. The only thing that is Squeaky about this company is the sand under my shoes on my wood floors in the house. This is a MESS!!! I told them I was still not satisfied with the work and did not intend to pay the balance. I received a voicemail from thier office over a month ago saying they could not force me to pay the balance since I was unhappy. I felt the issue was done as I did not hear back. Today I received a certified letter telling me they were submitting my $150 balance due to the courts. I spoke with the owner who was obnoxious and told him I would pay the balance for the shoddy work and that I would make sure I made it known that they do not provide work to the satisfaction of thier customers, which is what I am doing right now. Nobody would be happy with the mess they have left, and I now have to pay to have it remedied on top of the money they are taking from me for very poor work, and it will be a lot more than the mere 10% ($150) that I withheld. Anyone who has a brain will not let the courts settle an issue these days as they cannot be trusted to have the consumer's best interest in mind. So I submit my grievance to the court of public opinion via this forum. DO NOT USE this company if you want satisfaction. I went with thier estimate whicih was quite high compared to others I recieved thinking I'd get quality work and satisfaction. I DID NOT!!! If you want a mess, go with these guys. If not, try a cheaper alternative. You stand just as good a chance of getting a better job done and maybe another company will stand behind thier work and be honest with you. Matt, I am proud of my country. Again, you're wrong. What this country is becoming is the result of honest people being fleeced by the government and by companies like yours. As for foul language, I am exercising my freedom of speech by telling you guys what A-holes you are. I hope you spend my $150 wisely and make it last. My bad press on your company will go on and on for years!! If your sanding was going to result in this mess vs. polymeric, the advise you should have given is to leave it empty until I was ready to deal with it in an effective way. We wanted to have our house power washed and asked to have a quote for half the house,and one for the entire house. Matt came out within a couple of days and informed us that cleaning only the front and East side of the house was necessary. He also noticed that we had a couple of pieces of loose siding on the edge of the roof that he could repair at the same time. Because we called and left a message that the loose piece of siding had become much worse over night, Matt showed up the next morning and finished everything. We are very happy with the results and found Gina at the office,and Matt delightful to work with. It is not surprising they get so many wonderful reviews. We highly recommend Squeeky Clean. We will definitely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about Squeeky Clean Services. There was no pressure to do anything I didn't want. They were on time & cleaned everything up so you couldn't even tell they were here. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again

Squeeky Clean Services Inc's price was very reasonable. They were great. They showed up and did the work. They do everything through the internet including the billing. They'll come right out and the girl at the office is really nice.

They did a fine job. The only thing that I would say was that they came out while I was at work, and I really did not even know that they were going to be there and complete the job. I did not have any problems with their service. The only issue was that they came out two or three days before they said they were going to come out. I really did not know that they were coming and didn't notice that the work had been done; but it is not a big deal to me. I would still recommend them.

They were efficient and worked within my schedule. Everyone was friendly and professional.

The contractor arrived on time and completed the job efficiently and professionally. The only glitch was the truck the contractor used leaked oil on the concrete apron of my driveway. Had that not occurred, I would have rated the overall experience "A" Excellent. Despite this glitch, I would not hesitate to use this contractor again.

First of all, this company has excellent customer service. The office person, Gina, is courteous, efficient and willing to answer any and all questions. The estimate was completed in a timely way. There was very good communication between contractor and customer. Secondly, the person who came to actually perform the work was courteous, on time and best of all, did an excellent job especially on cleaning siding that had been covered with a lot of mold or moss because of lack of sunshine in that area. As far as we noticed, he did everything contracted for and a little extra. We are very pleased with the results and thoroughness of the work. I always appreciate talking to a person when I have any contracting job done and Gina is excellent as mentioned before. This company is also environmentally friendly. We are very pleased we chose them and would recommend them to anyone.

As usual, Squeeky Clean cleared my gutters beautifully. One phone call and they came.
