Squeaky Clean was very professional. Replied to my inquiry within 24 hours. Quoted the job within a few days and scheduled service for approx 2 weeks out. Actually wound up coming out earlier which was great. Job was performed on a small deck so it was nice that they took on job. Price was a little high, but was competitive with other quotes. Job was done well and deck looked great after. Would recommend.

I was very pleased with the work. All the black streaks were gone after the cleaning.

We have used their services in the past and they were the first and only call we made when it was time to clean and restain our deck and solve an ongoing problem with the gutters and downspouts. BEFORE HIRING SQUEAKY CLEAN I WAS CONSIDERING PUTTING ON A NEW ROOF AND TO REPLACE THE ALUMINUM SIDING ON THE HOUSE. I WENT ON ANGIE'S LIST AND PICKED THIS COMPANY DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF POSITIVE REVIEWS. I REALLY THOUGHT THIS WOULD NOT WORK FOR THE HOUSE. BOY OH BOY. I WAS WRONG. THE ROOF LOOKS BRAND NEW AND THE ALUMINUM SIDING WITH ITS MOLD AND GREEN FUNGUS GONE LOOKS VERY CLEAN. NOW THE HOUSE DOESN'T LOOK DREARY ANYMORE. IT'S A PLEASURE GOING HOME!!!

They did a great job and were very responsive. They were very professional and our deck and pool look like new.

The men that showed up moved all of my furniture to the lawn and power washed the deck. One gentleman even noticed a little residue on my door frame and the overhang and he cleaned that too! We had a lot of rain in June so it was a few days before they could come back to paint. In the meantime, we moved some of the furniture back. When they showed up, they happily moved the furniture once again to paint. They did a great job matching the paint that was used (by them) a few years ago when they cleaned our deck before. Their office provides appropriate communication and record keeping so they were able to pull our old records to get the name of the paint I wanted to use again. Very professional group all around!

In working with Squeeky Clean Inc., the expectation was high because they have done fantastic work in other areas like deck staining and power washing. It was a no brainer to have them do the floor. My expectations were met yet again! I couldn't ask for a better job because I don't believe a better job could have been done! Matt Gallagher is a hands on owner. When he isn't actually working on the job, he stops by daily and calls you with updates when you are not around. If I could get Squeeky Clean Inc. to provide services that don't offer; I would! Thats how much confidence I have in them.

The company are very proactive and efficient. Quote happened very soon after contacting them and I received it via email. We have a large and quite tall house and so getting the gutters cleaned was more expensive as it required more people and longer ladders. The electric supply coming to the house had to be sheathed before they could do the cleaning but PECO will do this for you for free if you call them. Once that was done I contacted the company and they came out about a week later. They did a good job with the cleaning itself and paid attention to detail. Once it was done I received the invoice via email so overall a very painless process.

Matt was courteous and responsible. The house work was completed on time. Gina provided quick answers to all email correspondence. I would recommend their services.

While we didn't end up using SCS for the cleaning and waterproofing of our home we wanted to write a review on their professionalism. I called and had a return call the same day. We had a estimate performed within 3 days (while we were not home) and a written proposal that same day via e-mail. We were in contact through e-mail and phone constantly. This company knows how to run a business! I would definitely recommend to others and possibly use for other services at our home.

From contacting this vendor to the last bit of labor every aspect was conducted in excellent fashion. The work was performed in a very professional manner and the outcome was outstanding. Both the deck and garage looked great after the work was completed. We would certainly engage this vendor for future work and heartily recommend them for others.

Squeaky Clean was contracted to clean the outside of my house. They did a spectacular job. I could not ask for better service along with a very fair price.

We were very impressed with all members of the company we came in contact with from Matt and Dan who gave us an estimate and determined how to solve all our many problems to Gina, who did her very best to get the work done on time for a party we had planned for mid July, to all the men who worked in pouring rain and unbearable heat. The work was started in a timely fashion on a very large deck over a three car garage and across most of the back of the house, and many problems solved until the deck was ready for final treatment. Then the rain started. It took a month before we had 3 straight rainless days so that the stain could be applied, dried, and sealed. It was truly frustrating because it became obvious we would miss our party date, which meant we had to put the furniture back on the deck and remove it again. It was an act of God. Gina was so understanding and tried so hard. We had a small misunderstanding re how much of the new boards (60 of them) were to be stained. They came, saw what we saw, sent someone to do extra painting and left with both they and us very satisfied. Since that time, we have had many complements about the deck. We recommend them without reservation!

Overall we were very pleased with the final outcomes. The initial staining wasn't to our satisfaction, but the company 'made-it-right' before they wanted any payment. The finished deck after all the maintenance work looks great. Thanks!

He advised me that it was not best to pressure wash and recommended that I look into getting the house painted. I was impressed that he was so honest with me and that he explained how bad my house would look if we had washed the old paint off.

Squeeky Clean is the 1st company I used when I joined Angie's List, to clean my gutters and that was a few years ago. I also reviewed them after they coated my roof, So when lousy weather blew off some of my aluminum soffit under my front porch, I called Matt Gallagher immediately. He assessed the problem and called me. My option was to use the bent capping which would be OK but not look great and might blow off again due to the bends. I decided to just replace the whole thing. Matt never forces you to do anything. He always gives you a fair, professional option. His crew member worked diligently, professionally, and hard for about 6 hours, the new vinyl soffit is gorgeous and no matter how hard the wind blows, I doubt I'll have any problems, Matt and his staff are awesome. I'm so happy to have met them and I trust them for a fair deal and an outstanding job, Thanks, Matt and Gina for everything! I've got your back too! Sorry for the late review.

Did an exceptional job power washing the house and cleaned and stained upper deck. Because of the weather, the upper deck was cleaned when requested but they came back a month later to stain the deck. The price was about $300 for the house cleaning and $700 to clean and stain the upper deck.

Our stucco home hadn't ever been power washed and had collected 17 years of roof run off. It has some very high peaks and two chimneys which all needed cleaning. I'm thrilled with the results. The stucco looks new again.

SQS arrived when promised and performed the work in a timely manner. The results was great. They even came back when asked to retreat and area that needed it without issue and within a day or so. There was no damage to the landscaping around the house or to the house itself.

The company was fine. The weather was not. They probably worked here 5 days total, starting the end of May and ending the end of July. The deck is very large. As soon as the deck was prepared for staining, the rains began.

In a subsequent very heavy rain, no leaking, and the rain went down the spout and into the drainage area as it's supposed to. Showed up (unannounced) the day after I submitted the online quote request to look at the situation from outside, knocked on door and introduced himself, left a card and pamphlet. Got a quote via email very soon after, and came to do the job within a week. Office was very responsive also, when I called with questions a couple times. Would definitely use again.

It really did sparkle. The providers were as nice as could be and did a great job!
