Description of Work: Squeeky Clean Services Inc was called to get estimate for house outside cleaning to remove northeast and northwest facing wall siding fungus. an inspection of gutter clogging was also requested.A representative showed up, inspected the desired job, gave a verbal estimate which was followed by a formal emailed proposal which matched the verbal estimate. A crew came to the house on 3/28/2013, did the job as described in the proposal. They used a trailer mounted tank into which they loaded water and cleaning materials. A gasoline engine powered pressurizing pump then drove the water solution to the spray nozzels. The gutters did not need cleaning. An email invoice was sent on 3/28/2012 and the due amount was as described, verbally, and the formal proposal. I am very satisfied with Squeeky Clean Services and would recommend them to anyone needing power washing.

Description of Work: We asked Sqeaky Clean to power was our front porch and back porch and to eliminate any mold visible on our white siding. We were unable to be home at the time scheduled, so the workman was on his own to determine when the job was completed. We had never used the company before, but we certainly would again! We came home to an immaculate house. If anything, Squaky Clean exceeded expectations.

Description of Work: Power washed our 2 story house. Arrived punctually and did a good job on the vinyl siding and brick. Cleaned up after completion. Operator was very congenial and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a power washing job.

The representatives did an excellent job of preparing the surface, cleaning the siding and making sure all over spray was cleaned from sidewalks, driveway and scrubs. Very professional group and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Squeeky Clean provided estimate and did work to pressure wash, sand, and stain my deck which is only 2 1/2 yrs. old. An estimate was given over the phone--the advertised discounts were mentioned on the first phone call as requested but never ended showing up on the bill. When I called back to schedule a time for them to start the work, they had no recollection or documentation of my first phone call and their estimate. They accepted from me the quote I was given by them and we went forward with scheduling a time for them to come and do the work. They did arrive on time and completed the work in one day. However, it started to rain during the application of the stain. When I went out to check the deck the next morning, the railings, in particular, were very split/splintered and the deck stain was splotchy all over. They agreed to come back, but could they come back the week following because it was supposed to rain all week. I agreed. The following week, each day was perfect weather and I kept waiting to hear from Squeaky Clean--each day I did not. Every day was predicted to be beautiful weather except Friday. I got a last minute ph. call from Squeaky clean at 5 p.m. Thursday evening about coming right then -- I said o.k. When Squeaky Clean arrived, he tried to talk me out of having the work re-done stating that the splintering was normal and the deck was NOT splotchy. I held my ground for at least 15 to 20 min. before Squeaky Clean agreed to re-sand the railing tops and re-stain the deck. I went into the house to let the man get the work done. He motioned me back out with a question about using the outside outlet -- and then said to me "you were right the deck is splotchy; I didn't really look closely enough." When he finished, the deck did look much better, and the tops of the railings were sanded better and re-stained. However it rained (early Friday morning just as predicted) in less than 24 hours after the re-work was done. The only call I received was them wanting their money -- no asking about customer satisfaction or if the re-stain held in spite of the rain. All of this from Squeaky Clean was just enough to annoy/anger the heck out of me. I have waited a while before writing this to see if my perspective changed with time. Regretfully, it did not.

Description of Work: I live in a single home and was having problems with water around the foundation of my home. I contacted Matt of SQUEEKY CLEAN SVS. They quickly assessed my situation and addressed all my needs. They re-routed gutters, caulked around the foundation of the home, and repaired some problem spots on the exterior stucco walls. They were prompt, clean, & most of all stood by their estimate. I would refer SQUEEKY CLEAN to any home owner who has water problems. Matt & his brother Dan take pride in their work!!!

Description of Work: Contacted Squeeky Clean Services at the recommendation of a friend who is very particular about everything. Matt answered my phone request promptly and we discussed my deck maintenance via phone and several emails. Acquired a few estimates from other contractors and found his to be in the middle. Decided to go with Squeeky Clean doing the work because of their reputation. Deck came out great and was done in two different stages. Because I had never had any deck maintenance done in the past, I had a few questions after the work was completed. The service provider was annoyed that I was asking questions which seemed ridiculous to him.

Description of Work: Matt and his brother cleaned the patio, sealed the crack along the edge of the house and corrected the gutter flow away from the house. They did a terrific job!
