The service provider was very helpful on the phone and the problem with the tree was resolved quickly before the tree lost all its leaves due to scale.

It worked out well. They could have told me in advance what to be done in terms of moving my fence. The quality of work was good. I thought the price was the most reasonable. Other prices were a thousand dollars more. They responded when I said to do some things. They did well with punctuality. They did well with everything other than not telling me they're going to move my fence.

Mike come on time for appointment. We talked and with his help came up with a plan. The crew showed up on time a did a great job and finished upon schedule.

I noticed a tree branch fell ... a large one. I knew I needed trees removed and trimmed by a professional... the fallen tree set it in motion. Chris was at the house a couple hours after i talked to him. He gave me some pointers on my yard, and what seemed to be an honest quote. We had a crew for the day, and they would make it safe (that was my criteria). The crew was on time, worked all day, and removed a truck load of trees and branches and general growth that hadn't been cared for in a long time. We bought the house in sept from an elderly couple that spent most of their time in the poconos. I am very happy with their work, and will use the annually to help keep these large, mature trees, save and healthy.

The service went very well. The company came out as promised for an initial "consult" and one of the horticulturalist, Chris made recommendations for me to consider regarding type of flowers, etc. A crew of 2-3 men came at the arranged date and time. They did the work as planned. And the workers were very professional.

Jessie and his crew were fantastic. All of the work was completed quickly, and at a great price. His crew cleaned up the yard afterwards and neatly stacked the wood we asked for. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

Mike Duffy and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job. Very safety conscious.

Chris came soon after I bought the deal and did an evaluation of what needed to be done. He was punctual and very professional and his personality was great. ?The ?work within the timeframe he said he would. ?I was not home at the time and I noticed how different my front yard was. ?They cleaned up the area as well. What impressed me most was, even though this was a small job, Chris treated it just as important.

We moved into a house with a lot of overgrown trees. The oak tree in the back of our yard is probably 70 ft. high and the branches were hanging so low they almost touched the ground. Needless to say, we needed a lot of help. Jesse clearly knew what he was talking about and was really helpful with figuring out what we needed to do in order to get our yard cleaned up. The guys that cut the trees down were also pretty impressive. Swinging from branch to branch with a chainsaw in hand, 50 feet in the air was like nothing I've ever seen.

Chris was able to take the job on very short notice and delivered within 24 hours of signature on the Proposal. Work was done cleanly and quickly. I already have plans to use Liberty again in the spring

Liberty tree was highly recommended by a neighbor, and I was impressed with their front office service and the punctuality and professionalism of the estimator. However, their price quotation was 2.5 times higher than my regular arborist's, so I did not use their service.

Awesome. On time. Friendly, Did a great job. Cleaned up afterward, wouldn't even know they were here if my trees didn't look so good. Will be using them again.

Excellent service, no problems, quick work, very good communications. A 50' pine tree was right next to our house and this team cut it down without mishap. Cleanup was quick; highly professional work!

The manager came for a visit first to give an estimate and discuss what could be done. Then the day of scheduled work, he returned to get the group of three or four men started, with a leader/manager also on site and in charge. They were prompt, fast, and efficient. And they cleaned everything up superbly. I would use them again but am only concerned about my own budget. As I recall $400-500 is the least expensive package they do. It certainly saved me a lot of headache to get the garden ready though. I expect I'll use them again in the future every other year or so to keep things from overgrowing.

It went well. The only issue was they said it would be 3 weeks from when I signed the contract. I called after three weeks and the starting was delayed due to personnel issues. I was okay with that and was not in a rush. Would have scored them higher if they called me and explanined rather than waiting for me to call.

Service was professional and expert with 2 arborists and supervisor stopped by review work and check in with me. . Efforts were made to complete work to my satisfaction. The yard was cleaned and work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

They did a good job of trimming the bushes and clearing the slope, then came back a week or so later to prune the trees. I will have them do some planting on the cleared slope as a separate project, but that won't happen for a few weeks.
