Excellent! Chris was flexible with scheduling the initial appointment. He was knowledgeable and provided good advice. I anticipated completion of the job in January or February but it was actually done within a week. I'm pleased with the service and plan to use again.

They were higher than another company we found. They came out within 2 days of calling them. They came out when they said they would come out. They wrote things down and they checked to make sure what we wanted. The experience was wonderful. There was no calling each other back and forth.

My experience was very good. I was satisfied. I would definitely use them in the future. He came out, gave a good advice, and recommended the side plants I needed for the way my house is situated like what plants would be better if facing the south or north. They were very good. They came out. They came early. They worked all day so everything was done and they left. It was very good. I would use them again.

After contacting Angie's list the work got completed.

He didn't perform what was on his paperwork. He trimmed some branches, but I wanted them removed and cut down to the tree trunk. What I articulated verbally was lost in his translation. I wouldn't hire this guy again. I was taken aback. It was miscommunication from the time the person came with the estimate. There were not on time. They were taking a nap when I saw them there. They didn't do anything right. Nothing went correct on this.

They did a very good job! Excellent, prompt, speedy, polite and very professional. Now I can go out there and there's no mosquitoes.

They arrived on time and cleaned up the debris. I wish the pruners would have given the trees and bushes shape. In addition, a number of the dead branches on the purple passion tree were left attached. Although it was stated that I was told about the hourly travel fee of 200.00 (which is the hourly fee for services), I don't recall that conversation at all! I will definitely factor that in if I decide to hire again.

It took a few days to get back to me. When finally did come out provided a verbal quote which was more than double the price I paid to have the work completed.

Dax Israel arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and was very pleasant and professional. He took the time to review the lilacs and surrounding areas, identified some issues and provided recommendations. He provided insight on proper pruning of the neighbor's magnolia. His quote arrived electronically and in writing with all alternatives/recommendations clearly identified. His firm was not chosen because we decided to wait until next year to have the lilacs either pruned or removed and our neighbor chose to use his daughter's service provider.

It was a lengthy process, as they go. First it took a couple of weeks for the consultation to happen. Then, all we got was "We will take care of it when we are next in your neighborhood, over the next few weeks." The consult and estimate were reasonable and fast. I said what I wanted done; he tried upselling me a little. I said we weren't going to have anything done at that price. He scaled back the work recommended. Then he wrote the estimate at our kitchen table, I gave him my credit card number, and we were done. I wanted to review the work, so the vague estimate for performing the trim wasn't satisfactory to me. Liberty agreed to call to let me know when the work would actually be performed. The guys came and worked most of the morning. They did a good and thorough job, touching up where I asked them to trim a little bit more. They cleaned up fairly well afterward. It was a good job and I'm satisfied.

Everything was taken care of as promised.

It went great. They they were very professional and offered advice on maintaining my land for possible growth of vegetables.

Liberty did a great job with the work -- highly professional and exceptional quality in an extreme heat warning. Walls built to proposal specifications, really nice lighting pillars at the end. Crew arrived early, was courteous and made suggestions along the way to enhance the look. Site was cleaned up each evening. Took a while to get scheduled and started from the signed proposal, but once they started kept to the job each day until finished (about 1 week).

They did a great job and were wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process.

Mike called me and had luckily had a weekend appointment available. He drove by when I wasn't home to check it out and was able to get us an estimate. He arrived early and introduced me to his foreman Michael. Michael and his assistant worked fast, safely and cleared branches that were basically the size of smaller trees. The foreman Michael also let us know there was some freestanding water by our gutter but nothing major that he would consider dangerous or clogged. He also let us know that the vacant house next to our home had a raccoon nest in the chimney. The cost of the work was discounted because I purchased an Angie's list coupon. Overall it was just over $1000 for about 3 hours. With the discount it's under $1000. You can't put a price on the piece of mind knowing that our home is safe. Mike met us with a smile and made it a point to be here and shake my hand to seal the agreement. This is why I will continue to use Angie's list for all my home fixes that are beyond my D.I.Y. scope.

The best lawn service I ever used professional as can be, they do everything I ask, they edge anything that can be edged, they have all brand new equipment so the lawn is cut evenly and not shredded because they keep the blades sharpened and blow everything off plus around the cars and underneath them. As well they even blow off around my pool which is away from the grass that has just been cut. There perfect could not be happier with anybody else and plus they look good with there matching uniforms while doing it and are in and out with less than 10 minutes. Plus there names liberty like how classy considering we live in Philadelphia.

Everything Liberty did was awesome! Chris did a initial walk-through with us to explain his vision of what we should do now and what we should wait on and do later. The team arrived a few weeks later to give us a day of tree work and a day of landscaping work. Both crews did exactly what was promised and it even felt like we received more than promised. The crews were professional, tidy, and did great work.
