I left him a voicemail January 16, 2017 saying that I just wanted the shredding of the tree limbs done and that they could come anytime but I have not gotten any response.

Very professional. The tree needing to be pruned was treated very carefully.

We received a response quickly and someone even came to our home quickly to evaluate our lawn before beginning work. The problem is that we had a start date that came and went without any work being done. After about 2 weeks of waiting for someone to return, we called and were told that the service was provided to a different house on our block (once we verified with them the [wrong] address where the work was actually performed - since our house didn't appear to have had any work done...and it hadn't). The invoice correctly showed our address, so I'm not sure what happened on their end. Once the mistake was identified, they promptly sent someone to do the work. Mistakes happen, but when money is involved, I'd expect more attention to be paid to the address where work is to be performed. I gave an overall rating of "B" and nothing lower only because the work was thoroughly done once they actually came to our home.

Chris was very responsive. He came out to the house twice to walk through the project with my wife and I and to provide an estimate. His team did a great job over the course of two weeks to remove all the bushes and trees, rip up the old patio, and install the new patio. I would highly recommend Liberty.

They were very easy to work with even with some very trying circumstances and anxious tenants. They were very professional and patient. Very descriptive of options and different courses of action.

Wonderfully! Mike Duffy the owner came out initially to talk to me about what I wanted done and estimate the job. Mike was courteous and helpful in explaining what needed to be done to take care of my trees. When his crew showed up, Miguel the foreman, Julio and another crewman, they were punctual, courteous and friendly. Mike showed up soon after to make sure everyone knew what was to be done. Miguel and his crew performed the work that was agreed upon and were very mindful of my garden furniture. They moved items that needed to be moved and put them back where they were. They also cleaned up after themselves and were done and gone when I was told they would be. When I got home and surveyed the work I was very pleased. My greatest fear was that my beautiful tree would be butchered. BUT IT WAS NOT! I still have my gorgeous tree, just with a nice haircut. I am looking forward to this summer when we can sit underneath its majestic leaf-filled branches. Thank you Mike Duffy, Miguel & Crew and Liberty Tree & Landscape Management for a beautiful and professional job well done. I would and WILL highly recommend your company to friends and neighbors in the future.

Very well! Some previous damage from hornet's nest was repaired as well, improving overall appearance of the bush. I was quite pleased since workers knew of my distress and worked to help me with that. Good job!

I cancelled the appointment so my money was refunded and no service was performed. The owner seemed very nice.

Great attention to detail by the owner Mike as well as all members of the crew. Pruning was done professionally and thoughtfully. Cleanup was also well done. Will use again for spring care of trees and shrubs.

When the Liberty arborist came to estimate the work that needed to be done, he carefully explained why the job would be more involved than I had assumed and recommended two different levels of attention/action. Because of the type of tree (tulip poplar) and its growth pattern (forked trunk with heavy leads), a concern is the danger of the tree actually splitting apart. But rather than going all the way to trimming and cabling the tree, we opted for significant raising and lightening the tree profile without cabling. Angie's list voucher was applied to this larger job, and when the crew did the work the job was completed in a timely fashion with all debris and trimmings removed cleanly.

They performed the job much sooner than expected to the surprise of my wife and I. Luckily were home to move the car. The work was done quickly and when they were done you would have never known they were there -- very clean and tidy!

The company never contacted me, and when I contacted them, I discovered they did not provide services in our area of the State. Not sure if this is Angie's List or the company's problem, but it took quite a bit to get my money returned, and still do not have the services (this company offered what we needed for $49.00, and a replacement service as offered by Angie's List for anywhere from $450 -$750).

Never showed up to do services. Maybe later, but said he would call and did not. I was charged by Angie's but refused to pay anything until some work was done.44

I meant to review these guys awhile ago. A tree had fallen on my fence. I had that and 2 other standing but unhealthy trees removed. Competitively priced. Prompt and quick. Easy to deal with. Chris even worked with my insurance company on the claim I had for the damaged fence.

Work was done professionally and well. They do a very good job but had a really hard time scheduling for the minimum advertised job I was getting done.

Paid for services 3-4 weeks ago. Arborist told me they are taking a beating with advertised special. They will perform work for customers who paid full price first, then perform work for customers who paid for special. Chris told me he will do my work week before Christmas. Have not heard from him. Called Liberty last week-left message-no return call.

The manager/scheduler came out to the house as scheduled and provided both a verbal and written estimate of the work to be done. On the day of the appointment he returned to the house with the crew and we reviewed the proposed work and he instructed his men on the work to be done. They were very professional and knowledgeable and took down the branches and cleaned up the yard without incident. I have had 2 other companies do tree work in the past and the Liberty crew was by far the best and I will use this company going forward for all my tree and landscape work.

Excellent. Liberty was responsive and friendly, and the guys were willing to take my direction on how I wanted the job done - plus take care of some extras while they were there!
