The work was done accordingly. There were 4 guys here and they trimmed the trees around the perimeter of the house. There were here for 8 hours and they did a great job. They were very accommodating to what I needed done.

Liberty Tree & Landscape Management do a great job. I've been using them for the past six years.

Their first visit in November went fine and the quality of work was good, however more leaves fell as expected and Liberty failed to come back for the second visit as per the contract. I called their office and either left a detailed message or spoke to the office person. Multiple calls were needed. A return visit was promised twice, but they failed to show up the first time 12/23/13) and cancelled due to snow the second time (1/2/14). After the second failure to complete the job, they did not reschedule. Finally when I contacted them a third time (1/20) to try to get the job finished, they did show up at the end of January and removed the rest of the leaves. I will be paying the balance, but will find a more reliable company for spring cleanup and next year.

After calling two other companies that I had previously used, I tried calling Liberty. I talked to Colleen and explained the situation - a large tree fell into my driveway and my cars were trapped. I also explained to her that my wife was pregnant and due in 8 days so I needed someone asap. Mike called me maybe a half an hour later and told me he was in the neighborhood and was stopping by. A large ice storm had hit that morning and they were extremely busy but Mike wanted to make sure that I could at least get a car out in case we needed to go to the hospital. Because of the weather, they were unable to bring all their equipment and large trucks so they just cut the branch and moved it to the side. Mike said he'd call me the following week to come out and talk about finishing the job. He did not even talk about money, just wanted to make sure he was able to get us out of the driveway. In less than two hours after I called, the branch was moved and we were able to get out. And this was easily one of their busiest days of the year. I will definitely use them in Liberty in the future and will recommend them to others.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. This is the second time I had them, it was fine. It wasn't as good as the first time, but it was fine. It was fine, they billed me $400 for it and when I called them and told them that I had already paid the $199 they said yes and adjusted it. They were very nice about it. That was fine. It's in the back of my mind that I wasn't as happy as I was the first time, but in all honestly I can't tell you why. I think they are fine. They did a wonderful job on my tree a couple of years ago.

bottom-line: a ton of great yard work!

our previous landscaper retired and sold our information to Liberty. Because of what we thought was his recommendation - you wouldn't sell your client list to just anyone, right - we hired Liberty for the 2013 season. A representative came out who seemed very knowledgeable and professional. We entered into a verbal contract with Liberty for spring cleanup and monthly weeding. We asked for a quote on mosquito control, and for landscaping plans for the continued improvement of our gardens. We never got a written contract, didn't think much of that because that's how we worked with our previous landscaper. Big mistake. Quotes on mosquito control never materialized. Plans for additions to gardens never materialized. When the spring cleanup occurred, plants were removed that should have been left and weeds remained. In June the sprayed and did some basic weeding, and sent us a bill. July they never showed up for monthly weeding. In late July I called and complained. After two phone calls they finally arrived, weeded, sprayed and put down landscape fabric in the area where the weeds were the worst with mulch covering it. Again, plants were killed that should have remained, and weeds were left alone. Then we got the bill - for $920 - this seemed exorbitant. almost 3 times the previous bill. When I called to inquire the receptionist said she would discuss my issues with "the boss" and someone would contact me. No one ever called. I called again to inquire and got the same polite receptionist, but again no response from anyone who could address my issues. During that call I told them we no longer required their "services" We have paid this bill, but only because another representative called and threatened to send us to collections. We never received any explanation of why the monthly weeding did not happen, or why the bill was so high.

Mike from Liberty Landscaping came out to my house and was very professional and took the time to walk me through each detail of work and answered every question I had. After going through the project he sent me an estimate within a week which was something I had a problem with contractors in the past so it was nice to have a contractor keep their word. When his crew came out to do the work they were fast and efficient and the foreman went over everything before and after the job to make sure I was satisfied. They planted a beautiful Japanese weeping maple in front of my house that has grown to 4 feet within a year. You don't always encounter contractors that not only do nice work but also follow up after the projects complete. I would recommend Liberty for large or small projects in the future.

It went ok. They took the tree down. It was complicated but it got done. My house is in an alley and we had to hire a second company who had the proper crane, who they recommended. It ended up costing me more and took longer to get done. My only real problem currently is that there is so much foliage coming up in the area. The price was reasonable.

They were very good. He was extremely professional and on-time and gave me great tips on how to keep my yard looking good.They cleaned up well afterwards.

Never bothered to show up or do anything.

The gentleman we worked with, Chris White, was fabulous. He oversaw the tree trimming, cutting, pruning, etc., and was very considerate of the neighbors. He was extremely professional. The guys came out on the set day, did the work, and cleaned up the yard afterwards. They gave us some good advice on tree maintenance. One of the neighbors had asked us about removing some of the branches, but the Liberty people said they didn't need to come down. So they could have charged us and done that work but didn't, because it didn't need to be done. We were very pleased with their work.

The work was done efficiently and professionally. The weekly mowing became pricey, and did not include the trimming of the hedges without added cost. Nevertheless, the workers and and work done was professional.

He grinded down the tree and trim the brushes. Excellent job! Would definitely recommend this company!

Mr Duffy replied to my phone call promptly and came out to see the job. Accepted the coupon I had previously bought and agreed to the work at a price I felt was reasonable. He arrived with his men on the appointed day and very quickly and efficiently took care of the tree work . On his first visit he had noticed an other tree that had been damaged by the storm, gave me some very good advice about how to protect what was left and took care of it all for the same price. I felt that he is a reliable , knowledgeable and a very nice man to do business with. I intend to have him back to do some more tree work in the future.

I called and spoke to Colleen on 7/18. she advised Chris would call back to discuss what he needed and he did that day and we discussed what we needed. We got a quote from him on 7/24 but it was too high and we ultimately didn't use their services. I was pleased with the response and professionalism.

They did a good job and everything went well.

Outstanding! I called Liberty to evaluate and/or remove a large tree in the backyard of my property. They were very prompt in calling me back. I received a call from Chris who came out to my property the same day we spoke. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and made me feel at ease regarding my questions and concerns. Because of the location of the tree, the work to remove it would be a complicated job. After seeking other estimates, I hired Liberty to perform the work, not only because their estimate was lower than others but also because of their level of professionalism. The job was estimated to take two and a half days to complete and was completed in two days. Because of this, the estimated cost was also lower than expected. The crew was on time, and extremely professional and efficient in removing the tree. They were also courteous and respectful in taking care of and cleaning up the area surrounding the tree. They even replanted some flowers/bushes in my neighbor's backyard that had been uprooted to provide a clear path for the crew. Overall, they went above and beyond my expectations. I would hire Liberty again without hesitation.

They did a spring clean up. They did an excellent job. They followed the directions I gave them and they do what you them to do. They do things in a very timely and responsible manner. I have asked them to come twice a month.
