King Cobra Drain Cleaning

Description of Work: I had clogged drains in my bathroom (face bowl), kitchen (the sink) and basement (sink that drained water from the washing machine). Anthony arrived over an hour late and did not offer much of an explanation. In fairness, he did say in the initial phone call and scheduling that he would "be in my area around that time". I was somewhat perturbed and figured his last job ran longer than he planned. Anyway, he assessed the problem very well and explained what was going on. He basically gave me a short/intro to how the plumbing in my house was designed. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, considering it really was 3 separate problems. He had to replace rusted,corroded piping and clear clogs years in the making. Anthony went to the store and bought the piping. He worked quietly, and efficiently and was not in a rush when he realized it was 3 problems. Everything worked fine afterwards. I would definately call him again, overall, it was a very good experience.

Description of Work: Called because a sink faucet handle was frozen. Anthony was very responsive and set up an appointment within a day. After seeing the issue, he needed to find the right replacement part and said he'd get back to me the next day. I didn't hear from him after 2 days so I had to call him. He was still looking for the part. He eventually found it and came to replace it. Had difficulty with completing the job on site so he asked if he could remove the sink and bring it back to his shop to work on it. In the process of doing that he caused a leak in the pipe coming out of the wall which required more work, including cutting out some tile. Said he had a tile person who could do the tile repair, but never came through with that. This job took over 2 weeks to finally finish. He made appointments to be at the house at certain times and was usually on time but once I had to wait for him for 2 hours (and he didn't call to tell me he was going to be late). I was quite surprised when he gave me the bill for $900 ($350 parts, $550 labor-to replace faucet , replace water lines, open wall and repair trap, snake line, and fix a leaky bathtub faucet). Bottom line for me...nice guy, eventually finished the job successfully, although it took much longer than expecte). Price was more than expected, perhaps because he needed to spend more time than I though would be necessary for the job. To be honest, we had some other small plumbing jobs that needed to be done around the house, but we decided to cut loose and deal with them with another plumber.
