Never had the work done.

Main house drain was stopped up and basement toilet was overflowing. I called Saturday night and left message, Anthony called right back and said he would be here between 7 and 8 the next morning (Sunday!). At 6:30am he called again to confirm appointment. He arrived on time and ran draining equipment. Blockage could not be dislodged. He came into basement for small additional charge and worked at the soil stack and finally dislodged the blockage which turned out to be a whole lot of grease. He worked for a couple of hours and was professional and courteous. He was very reliable and did the job well. I would definitely use him again.

He needed some stuff that he did not have to complete the job so he went to the store and bought it. He also purchased an access panel cover which I did not ask him to do. Everything was explained to me before he did it. I don't have much experience with plumbing but it seems like the price was fair for everything he did including snaking the pipe all the way out. He was fair and honest man and I will use him again. I wish he would offer a maintenance plan.

He was excellent. He cleaned the drain and found that there were roots in the system. He spent a lot of time, and took care of our problem. He came back for free and did a little more when we had trouble a week later. He came promptly and was very professional. I was very happy with him and would definitely use him again.

They gave me an estimate - the first estimate was very high and he lowered it for me. I asked him for a written estimate and he didn't give me one. I asked if he was insured but he never showed it to me. We made a commitment with him to have him come out. He gave us a date and time range and he never showed up. When I called him he said that he would get there when he could get there. He was very rude and said that if I didn't like it then I should get someone else, because he had other people waiting for him. So I called someone else.

Took an electric snake, ran it into a downspout lateral. Took about 15 minutes, but eventually able to open up the drain which has been blocked for probably a year or more.

I really can't believe I'm giving such a positive rating here. I don't really have any other choice though. I gave all A's because King Cobra did exactly what they advertised, they did it efficiently, and they charged a reasonable price. My sink was so clogged I thought it would require disassembly, so I called King Cobra. The person I spoke with told me that the service would probably cost $150, and that someone would by by to do the work by early the same afternoon. Sure enough, at around 1:00 pm a plumber (Anthony) showed up. He came inside, I told him my story, and he asked to take a look at the sink. After confirming it was pretty clogged, he wen to this truck to get his tools. When he returned, he informed me he wanted to take the stopper out of my sink before evaluating the clog. He took out the stopper and showed me how to do it. The stopper was filthy and the cause of the clog. I cleaned the stopper, Anthony re-installed it (and showed me how). Then he charged me $75 (really $85 minus $10 because he accepted the Angie's list coupon without question) for having to come to the house. That was it. Anthony was incredibly nice, knew exactly what he was doing, and he was helpful too. Showing me how to avoid this problem in the future and how to take apart and reinstall my sink's stopper was over-the-top. Again, all A's not because anything fancy happened, but because I simply got exactly what I expected when I called a plumber. Thanks Anthony. I recommend you & King Cobra 100%

I chose this plumber because he is listed with Angie's list, had good reviews and was local. I was very happy that Anthony was able to come out the same day I called and at the time he said he would be there. I especially appreciated his patience in listening as I explained the nature of my problem, when it occurred, how it occurred. The last plumber I had did not listen, jumped to an erroneous conclusion and charged me for service without getting the job done. Anthony told me what he thought the problem was and how much it would cost. He cleared the line in good time and the charge was what he said it would be. I will use him again when I need a plumber.

It turned out to be a very nasty clog created due to my stupidity. Anthony worked hard to clear the drain and spent over 2 hours on the job. He did not charge any more than he quoted over the phone. He was great to deal with and I though his price was very fair.

Although they couldn't come out late at night when we first called them, Anthony did arrive first thing the next morning to clear our drain. Right before he arrived, the drain clog must've passed through the pipe and all of the water that had been in our waste line drained out of the house. Anthony showed us that there was still a partial clog and he snaked the drain trap outside our house.

My senior citizen [discount] mom developed a drain stoppage problem. The 2nd floor and 1st floor toilet flushed slow for 2 days. The whole situation climaxed on Friday 3/16/07, when gurgling sounds were heard in the sink and toilet when the upstairs toilet was flushed and the 1st floor toilet overflowed. Before subscribing to Angie's List,I had contacted another Plumber from a free contractor's referral site. At 1st he seemed professional, but he missed and appt without giving me a courtesy call and then missed a promised follow up call. When I expressed my disappointment in his Co's customer service, he told me to find another Plumber and so I did. Anthony Robinson was on time, professional and very nice and pleasant. He gave excellent service. I finally found a GREAT PLUMBER! Future jobs; rental properties.

I just moved into my father's old house and discovered the drains backing up. I called the Elkins Park neighborhood plumber (Slight Bros) twice and got no call-back. I called a big plumber off this list once (can't remember the name) and got no call-back. I got desperate and called King Cobra, figuring I'd get a real working man. Anthony called me right back on a Sunday. He came out within twenty minutes of when he said he would, at the time I requested on the next day. He gave me an estimate that was close to what Dad paid six years ago for similar work and finished the job within a few bucks of the estimate. He was not only professional but friendly and considerate, a pleasure to work with. I expect King Cobra will get my other plumbing work in the future.

ANTHONY THE PLUMBER WAS TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, AND NEVER CHARGED ME. HE DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. HE SPENT OVER 5 HOURS TRYING. HE WAS A GOOD MAN. HE REFUSED TO TAKE ANY MONEY. VERY MORAL. I WISH ALL CONTRACTORS WERE LIKE HIM.

THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KEPT ME INFORMED. NO PROBLEMS SINCE THE REPAIR.
