+ -1 moreGiancarlo Upholstering is a family run business that provides expertise with honest, top quality workmanship. We found Max and Giancarlo Upholstering very easy and pleasant to work with.
Description of Work: After we discussed our need to reupholster our sofa and emailing some photos and dimensions, Max came to our home. He educated us about material manufacturers, the different types, qualities and prices of fabric, and provided fabric samples. After his visit, Max continued to work with us as we searched for even more fabric patterns, and on two occasions obtained different fabric samples from the manufacturer. During this process we visited his shop in Glenside. He quoted a four to six week turnaround and delivered our reupholstered sofa in the shorter four weeks.

+ -1 moreHe is a very nice gentleman, and I think he is the 2nd or 3rd generation. He is very knowledgeable, and he is a very nice guy. The father is still there with him. I have given him 3 fabrics. He was nice enough to let me go home for the weekend with his books so that I can make a choice. If you want him to come and get the chairs from your home, he can. He is very punctual, he said he would be there, and he was.
Description of Work: I am using Giancarlo Upholstery. He does custom upholstery, framing, leather, you name it. He is doing a chair for me.
