Install went well. Observed the workers meticulously checking layout lines and plumb of support posts while installing. Posts sunk nice and deep, a very sturdy, quality installation performed as scheduled (discounting weather delay) and as expected. Estimator missed a small section of fence, and although I emailed about it, he was confused and though I was referring to a different section when he agreed it was included. When install time came, the confusion was discovered, but as it was obvious that area was intended to be fenced in, they installed at no additional charge. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

The installers made sure to install it close to the ground to keep out rabbits. They worked with me to have the gate open in the most convenient way (I pretended to be carrying a lot of things in my left hand with my right hand free). They were very professional and very nice.

While they were not ultimately selected, they were extremely professional, courteous and helpful with our organization's project. Ken showed up on a cold snowy Sunday afternoon at the baseball field (covered in snow!) to walk through what we wanted. He responded quickly to emails and phone calls and was very professional. I would definitely seek them out for future fencing needs.

Arrived on time ,removed old fence and poured concrete footers for new. Followed surveyors marks , secured neighbor's puppy while fence being replaced. Returned the next day to place fencing.

They came to the house to discuss the project. They finished the fence within the time and price they estimated. Initially the latch on the gate was not fitting properly, but when I called them they came right out and repaired it.

We got several quotes for a railing for the front steps of my elderly parents' house. I made sure I was at the house for all of the estimates, although I was out of town when the actual work was done. We chose Everlasting Fence, who came to us out of their Parkesburg, PA office. The man who came to make the estimate was also the man who would be doing the actual work. We liked him; he seemed mature and professional. So, even though they were not the cheapest of the estimates we received, we went with Everlasting. The work was done, I came home from my trip, and went over to my parents' house to inspect the new railing. I was astonished to find: places where the paint had been stripped away because of over-tightening of screws, scratches, gouges, other mars in the finish that had been crudely touched up with a different color of paint, and at least one place where sharp bits of metal were in danger of cutting someone badly depending on where they placed their hands on the railing. It seemed odd to me that they couldn't install their own product without ruining it! I called the office to complain, but mistakenly ended up calling the Glenside, PA office. There, I spoke with Eric, who was one of the managers or owners (not sure) of that office. Thank goodness I got him! Eric came out, inspected the work, and told us he was going to have it completely redone. The Glenside office came quickly, and did the work professionally and very well. So I'd have to say that my estimate is tempered by the Jekyll & Hyde nature of the work: Parkersburg branch of the company: not recommended. Glenside branch: highly recommended. I tried to balance my "Overall" and "Quality" scores to reflect that one office was very good while the other was average to fair.

Everlasting Fence was great. The work was done by the owner and his son, both of whom worked in a cold, pouring rain to get the job done. It wasn't a big job but it couldn't get done in one day. The owner said his son would be back on Saturday to complete the work and he showed up and finished. I would highly recommend Everlasting. The fence is beautiful!

They did a great job. Not super fast but I wasn't paying by the hour so I didn't care. Neighbors all very impressed.

The sales rep came to the house and gave me a quote. The price was good, and I accepted the quote on the spot. I gave the sales rep a deposit check and he told me the job would be scheduled within two days. I didn't hear from anyone, so finally called the office number a week later. The office had no record of my quote or deposit. Instead of researching it, they told me to call the sale rep and follow up. It turned out he had never turned the paperwork in to the office. Once that was straightened out, the installation was scheduled for 10 days later. The installers arrived as scheduled and the fence looks great.

It's been very good. They were very professional. They have been very responsive and they did a very nice job. They came out at a timely manner for them to see the project. They provided a quote in a timely manner and they did the work when they said they would do the work.

My husband and I were very impressed with our consultation and estimate with Mike. We decided to purchase our fence that day, and they were very honest with us about how long it would take, 6 weeks after our purchase. We were worried about our neighbor's dog which had gotten loose and attacked a dog down the street, and Mike didn't make any promises for pushing up our installation, but it was closer to a month when we got our installation. The installation went well. Mike told us it would be two days, which it was, and unfortunately it was the hottest day of the year. My husband took off the first day of the installation, which they told us would be helpful, and I coincidentally had the day off the next day for a doctor's appointment. Other than shuttling water out to them since it was so hot, they needed next to no direction or instruction. They did need to use an auger to dig most of our fence posts, which adds time and churns up the yard too, but this was expected. After they finished, we let the dog loose in the yard to make sure it was dog proof, which is was, and they showed us everything they had done to do that, like add a tension wire to the bottom of the split rail to prevent our dog from tearing it, and adding extra rails to the bottoms of the gates. Overall we were very pleased with Everlasting, and have been thinking about calling them to fence in our front yard as well. I appreciated the fact that they were very honest with us, and I never felt like I was hearing a sales pitch or being upcharged.

I was very impressed with their willingness to work with me on making the design fit our budget, as well as the politeness, efficiency and perfectionism of the crew.

Eric initially provided estimating and design; he was friendly, quick and professional. The price was great -- signifcantly less than one of the "big box" home improvement stores. It was clear that Eric knew his stuff. (The big box estimator fumbled a bit gave a price, and then asked if it was too high.... not a best offer up front). The only disappointment was waiting about 6 weeks to get an installation date. It was worth it. The 2 person crew that came out for installation (Matt and Chris? I think) were terrific. They were about 30 minutes later than the scheduled start time (for which they apologized) -- but I knew it was to be a one day job so that was not a big deal. The guys worked very hard..... until about 630 PM. The bottom line is that the work was perfect. They repeatedly asked "are you satisfied; we aren't leaving unless and until you are completely satisfied" At one point I came out when they were installing a gate; I was pretty sure they did not see me -- and there was alot of checking of the level and adjusting. They are appropriately "fussy"; Matt wanted it perfect. Now that I had fence work done, I notice other installations and who did them. Everlasting Fence gets my highest recommendation.
