Description of Work: They replaced a cedar fence around our back yard. They came out right away to give us an estimate, and the work was done soon thereafter. Very professional; looks great. Pricey, but that's the nature of the beast.

Description of Work: Two wooden gates were installed. One gate did not hang properly. The installer did not acknowledge that the gate was uneven. The person who wrote up the job (Bob), made an error when he said the existing post (which was twisted) could be used. Bob had a difficult time owning up to this mishap. Our conversation had an unpleasant tone. To correct this problem, I payed an additional $75 to have the gate removed, a new post installed and the gate reinstalled. I had no problem paying for a new post. Keeping the twisted post was his call and not mine. The other five or six posts were fine. All work was completed the same day. The gate is now even.

Description of Work: Repaired and replaced an old portion of a post and rail fence and built a new gate. It took a couple of weeks because this is such a busy time of year and there was some confusion as to what the fence people understood as to what we wanted the end product to look like, but once we came to an understanding, the fence company came through and did an excellent job on putting together the final product. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again!

Description of Work: I had a wooden fence installed around my yard. It went , it was extremely hot and they worked hard and completed the job in a day. There were a couple pickets I wish they would have changed out and they only left six replacements. Overall we are highly pleased with the quality of the fence material and workmanship. I would hire them again and recommend them to others. |

Description of Work: Removed old fencing and installed new vinyl fencing around my patio garden . About 56FT. Job seems to have gone well the guys arrived on time and got right to work. My only complaint would be the concrete spots they left on my front lawn and in the street. Thought they would wash away but have not. Other wise seems they did a good job with the fence

Description of Work: Townhouse community of 12 buildings and 72 units plus a swimming pool. Patio fences were installed at 72 homes. Fence was replaced around the swimming pool area. The work was done in a professional manner with little disruption to the residents. The pool fence was installed prior to season opening. Minor problems that occurred were corrected immediately and a representative of the company inspected the job with the management company prior to finalization.

Minor complaints include when workers showed up to do the job they were grumbling a bit about the tight space in which they had to work (our house is on a narrow Philadelphia street so width of lot is only 14 feet). However, once they got to work they worked efficiently. Also, the additional gate we had contracted for was cut incorrectly at first and they said they would come back to fix it. I called a couple of days later to ask when they were coming back and person I spoke to said he was not aware that the gate had been made in a way which we were dissatisfied with, but he scheduled the work to be redone and they came back promptly. Everything looked great when finished and we are pleased with how the fence looks. The wood they used looks and smells great
Description of Work: Removed old fence and put in new for our home and our neighbors' home (adjoining row homes). Installed shared common fence as well as fences along back of each of our properties which included gates. We asked for an additional gate on our property to hide trash can & air conditioning unit from sight of garden area. The estimate was a bit more than we had thought it might be, but after discussing the work, etc, we thought it was a good price for what we were getting.
