Endless Fabrication, inc

Email is my preferred method of contact but the Endless Fabrication website doesn't provide one, but they do have a contact form that says they will get in touch within 48 hours. It has been a week since I filled out the form and no one has contacted me. I do not respond well to businesses who don't give you the courtesy of answering their own contact forms. When I didn't hear back from Endless I contacted Anderson Ironworks (using the same method (contact form) and they got back to me the same day! They were helpful, on top of their game, and I had an estimate the very next day. They got my business.

Endre said I would have the estimate for the fabrication and installation via email the next day, but I received nothing. I waited almost 2 weeks before searching for another fabricator. I never heard back from Endre, I never tried to call him back for fear that I would chase him down, pay a deposit and then have nothing to show for it or get the railing installed too late. I measured the stairwell myself and called a fabricator in Ripon, Wisconsin who had the new rail shipped to me two days before my wife returned home from the rehab facility. I installed the railing in time for her return and am very happy with the results. We get lots of compliments on the look and feel of the rail. I tried to give my business to local concern, it didn't go so well. Now I will be contracting a local roofer for another issue. We will see how that goes. Wish me luck.

. Very pleased with the work done by Endless Fabrications Inc. They fabricated and installed a wrought iron hand rail on my front steps. Cost for fabrication and installation was reasonable compared to other company quotes. The installation was scheduled, the installers arrived and did the installation work at the scheduled date and time. The installation looks very good, and they left the area clean when they finished. I would use them again for any wrought iron work. Great job!

After more than a week with no word from Hancs, I called and left a message for him to get back to me with the promised proposal. Another week passed, and still no word from Hancs. So I called a second time. Two or three days have now passed since the second call. Still no answer, no proposal. It's a small, simple job, one which would take less than fifteen minutes to write up. If it's this hard for him to write up a proposal, I can't imagine how long it would take, if ever, for him to do the work if I'd actually hired him. I certainly wouldn't want to give him a deposit if I couldn't trust him to follow through and deliver the work promised.

Endre came to my house for an estimate lent me a catalogue of sample designs to look through. He returned for our next appointment wherein I shared my selected design. He provided an estimate on the spot and installed the railing a few weeks later. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company and the quality of the work. The final product is so nice that I find myself dreaming up of new wrought iron projects. I find most of my contractors on Angie's list these days, but Endless Fabrication was actually recommended by a local landscape designer. I hope to see more reviews of this company on Angie's list in the future, it is really a great company.
