We had a 2-story addition with a finished basement built onto our existing home. The general contractor that was doing our addition had worked with David in the past and was doing so again for this project. David initially gave us a call to introduce himself, get some information, and said he would email initial plans based on conversations with us and our contractor. The first plans were exceptional, but we did have some things that needed to change, based on miscommunication with our contractor or simply changing our minds once we saw the plans in front of us. Over the next 2 weeks or so, we exchanged the plans with David several times - each time giving him feedback on what we would like to try with the space, asking for ways we might be able to accomplish our half-thought out ideas, marking up the plans with minor notes, etc.... David was spot on. By providing us several versions of plans to show different options along the way, he was able to translate our conversations and feedback into the home that we wanted. While going through proceedings to obtain a variance from our town for construction, they requested a minor addition to the land layout/survey that we got from David and submitted to the town. We emailed David and he made changes that night and dropped off sealed copies of the plan for us in our mailbox the next day. We very much appreciated the quick turnaround. We couldn't have been more happy with David and plan on using him again in the future.

He assisted me in getting all of the permits for my renovation. He is really reasonable and did a lot of work for the money.
