Professional and prompt estimate but price is way too high. Charges double what anyone else does for gutter cleaning on a low roof. Drywall and carpentry also much higher than other bids.
Description of Work: Called to estimate some small jobs around the home. Carpentry and gutter cleaning.

The first time he worked for me he was great and charged $50 an hour for anything. Now he's gone high class, and all of his prices are out of line. For example, to fix some wood on some cabinets (new nails) $250, weather stripping and a screw on a handle of the door $225, prepare and paint garage floor $1995. new storm door $450. He's a nice guy but the prices he's giving are unrealistic.
Description of Work: I had him come out and give some estimates for some repairs I need done around the house.

HE CHARGED $45 AN HOUR. I CONSIDER HIS PRICE WELL WORTH IT.
Description of Work: REPLACED DOOR JAMB MOLDING & WEATHER STRIPPING, FIXED LATCHES ON A COUPLE OTHER DOORS AND REGROUTED THE BATH/SHOWER WALL CORNERS AND THE FLOOR.
