Description of Work: Robert is a nice person, but doesn't know how to lay tile. It is not even a month since he laid tile in our bathroom but the grout is already cracked and chipping off.

Description of Work: Came to inspect job site for bathroom renovation. |Never returned estimate probably due to knee surgery that he needed. No response was ever received. I was disappointed because he had a good rating on Angie's List.

+ -1 moreThe tile looks beautiful! I'm very happy with how the job was done. Bob was very responsive when I called for a quote. The quote was better than others I had received. We set up a day and time and he showed up on time. The job was done as promised for the price agreed upon. The tile looks amazing! I will be using Bob again for sure!

+ 0 moreBob is methodical about what he does. Everything he has done so far is done well and he is thorough. He shows up when he says (which my former handyman didn't) so that was my reason for looking for a new handy man. The other reason was price. I have found Bob to be very fair with his pricing as I have done some price comparisons. His pricing is more than fair for his work.
Description of Work: I had new tile put into my entry and powder room, as well as a new vanity in the powder room. I was very happy with the service and have had a couple other jobs since the orginial. The 2nd job was installing a new entry door and the current job was to rip out an old counter top and then hooking up the plumbing after the installation of the new counter top and sink.

+ 2 moreBob respectfully returned to touch up thick paint areas, cracked tile from resetting a commode and re-grouting an area of the floor. All work was satisfactory. I will use Bob again.
Description of Work: I have used Bob's services on several occasions to repair drywall and paint. The last job was to install / replace existing cracked ceramic tile on a floor, behind a garden tub and a steam shower surround entrance as prep for a steam shower door installation. Bob is professional, communicates well, and does exactly what he describes he can do. I am flexible in timeframe so Bob is able to complete my work between other jobs.
