Ireland Contracting

Ireland contracting was truly wonderful. Originally I was choosing another company to do my roof. But when that contractor had decided to increase his price by $1200 (because he claimed he overlooked something ) two days before the installation( we had contract signed six months ago), I turned to Ireland for help. I didn't select Ireland at first place is because I want to try a product that Gary doesn't really carry. Gary was such a nice guy with a professional attitude and happily agree to help us. He didn't hold any personal grudge (if he wants, he could easily say no to me and I would be stuck). Gary's crew arrived on time every morning and left my yards spotless clean at the end of the day. Three months later after the job done, my husband wanted to fix a gutter leak, which has nothing to do with Gary's work, Gary came back to fix it within 12 hours, WITHOUT CHARGE. I think we are lucky to use Ireland and I wish there are more company like them. I would highly recommend them without any double. Your project can't go wrong with them.

First was in contact with Gary who gathered all of the details to pass on to TJ, who went to the house to look over the roof issues regarding the leaks and other problems. They were all extremely courteous and professional and gave me the details of what needed repaired and how much it would cost. In fact, because the scope of the issue was beyond the $300 Inspection and Touch Up service that was part of this call, they requested that I get a refund/reimbursement which was very impressive. They could have easily taken the money and went on their way, so that was really good business. I would not hesitate to call on Ireland again to help with further repairs or hesitate to recommend them. They were prompt, respectful, and very efficient, a good service all the way around.

I sent in a request for estimate via their website and they responded within one day. Right after they responded there was a person site to do the estimate. I received the estimate the next day. They explained that they had a minimum charge and that since the repair was not extensive I should consider having them replace the pipe flashings. I agreed. We set the appointment for March 29th. I wasn't home but they came and did the work as advertised.

Ireland Contracting was the first to respond to me and also first to arrive after I went to the home and garden show. Others were not going to show up for days. TJ arrived and showed me what was wrong on pictures and showed me the sunlight i failed to see coming through my attic. He got the job done in about hour and half and showed me pictures of the repair work. I only give a B for the pricing because i really had nothing to compare but I believe it was a fair and honest price for the work done. I would use them again if/when needed.

I can't give enough praise to TJ... After several days of high winds, about 5 rows of aluminum siding became loose on the second story of our house. With one side loose, and the other side still attached, you can imagine the amount of noise these produced. I called Ireland in the morning, and a recording asked me to fill out the form on their website, if it was not an emergency. So, I did. I expected to not hear anything for 24-48 hours. However, TJ called me around Noon. I explained my situation, and he said he hoped to come take a look before dark. As we further talked, and I explained how loud the aluminum banging was right outside our bedroom (and that we had only had 2 hours of restless sleep a night), he actually said, "That's horrible. Aluminum? I am sure that is loud! I will make sure I get repaired for you tonight so you can get a good night's sleep." TJ showed a couple hours later, gave me a quote, and went straight to work when I approved it. Never hesitated to get up on a two story ladder in pretty windy conditions. Here is the best part: Upon finish, I paid TJ and thanked him, and thought he was on his way... until we heard banging! Here TJ was out back, repairing another peice of siding trim that came loose of the back of our house, that I didn't even know about. He spotted it before leaving, unloaded the ladder and tools again, and got to work on it. When I thanked him, and offered to pay for his extra work he said, "What kind of professional would I be, if I left your house while there was still a problem again." Can't say it enough: TJ was awesome! Complete professionals, quality work, and some good old fashion "customer care"! I am big fan of Ireland Contracting! I plan on calling them again in the future for roof replacement and siding!

A tile blew off the roof, was replaced and several others in weakened condition were pre-emotively fixed.

Mr. Ireland did a great job. He went out of his way to accommodate my family's busy schedule. He was polite and thorough and the work he did fixed the leak. I would definitely call him again for any issues I had with my roof.

Gary was very efficient in his repair work and seemed very knowledgeable in his trade. He rearranged his calendar to perform our small job since we needed it done immediately and we couldn't wait. I greatly appreciate his flexibility of working us into his schedule. I would definitely recommend Gary for roofing repairs. He also gave honest advice for other items and that wasn't necessary and therefore, didn't try to 'up sale' us on additional services, which I appreciate.

This is the second time I've hired Ireland Contracting. The first was to repair some roof flashing and this time to search for a possible leak. Both times I felt like they went above and beyond the requested service. I would not hesitate to hire them again, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to a neighbor or friend.

I had a piece of vinyl siding 30ft up on my townhouse that would keep popping off during high winds. This has happened a few times in the same area over the past 20 years. I had paid another contractor to fix this a month before but their repair did not hold. While searching through Angie's list I discovered Ireland Contracting which was highly rated and close to my area. I called the number that was listed and was surprised that Gary Ireland answered the phone. I expected an answering machine. From here I can say it was nothing short of impressive. First off Gary is extremely professional and no matter what your situation he talks in a way that gives you immediate confidence that this is the ?right guy?. You can tell he is genuine - he actually cares about your issue and wants to help you. My biggest concern was that we were in a period of high winds and I was going on a cruise in 2 weeks and was worried that if it was not fixed before I left I?d come home to a house with even more siding missing and potential water damage. Despite my problem being relatively minor, Gary understood my issue and sympathized with my vacation concerns and agreed to help me out. Gary told me he would be there the next day to take a look. I had told Gary to go ahead and just fix it if he could and we could square up on the bill later. When I spoke to Gary the next afternoon, he said it was simple enough that he just went ahead and fixed it while he was there. In addition, I had a B-Vent flue pipe that was leaking at the flashing collar and getting into my attic. Gary sealed the collar as well. This no longer leaks. Unfortunately a week or so later we had extremely high winds and that pesky piece of siding popped out again. At this point I was 1 week away from vacation. I called Gary again and explained. Gary said he was very busy but would let me know the next day when he could get back out there to take a look. I texted Gary the next day to ask about his schedule and much to my delight he said, Oh, I was already there this morning and it?s fixed! Turns out upon further investigation there were other pieces of siding not attached correctly surrounding the piece that was popping out so he had to secure those 3 pieces. I?ve had issues with this siding for years but it finally appears to have been fixed permanently thanks to Gary. The best news is I was able to go on my cruise and actually enjoy it instead off worrying about wind and water damage. So, to reiterate, Gary is an impressive contractor. He is extremely professional, responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, always remains calm and gives you confidence that he has your situation under control. And for a bonus, his prices are reasonable to boot. Highly recommended. He will be my first call for any future work that falls in his wheelhouse. Thanks Gary!

We were very pleased with the service. Gary is extremely responsive to voice mails and kept me in the loop about when he'd be coming out to do the work. The company seems very busy so I did have to wait for my appointment but it was worth it. I would recommend Ireland to anyone who is considering roofing work at their home.

Tim was very professional and arrived on time for the estimate. He offered very thorough information about the products they would use and the overall process. In the end we chose a different contractor, but would consider Ireland again in the future.

Inspected roof, was to be a roof repair, however the roof was too far gone for repair. He was incredibly honest about the whole deal and stated he wouldn't charge anything since he could do the work, even though he still drove all of the way out there. He will be a first choice for any future roof work I need!

I spoke with Gary Ireland to set up an estimate to either repair or replace my gutters. I didn't know what was wrong with them, I just knew that water was running down the side of my house. Gary called me right away and came out quickly to take a look at the problem. He discovered that the company that installed the roof didn't attach the gutters to the roof properly, leaving a huge gap between the roof and the gutters. Gary came up with a game plan to fix it, and fit me in at the end of one of his busy work days, and came out personally to do the repair. I couldn't be happier with the service. Gary was professional, responded quickly to my calls, communicated the problem to me in a way that I understood, and performed the work quickly and with excellent results. He was also one heck of a nice guy! I will recommend Ireland Contracting to anyone looking for reasonably priced and well done work.

Gary Ireland answered the phone promptly when first called, and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived at the planned time and was very professional. He inspected the problem area inside and then found the entry point and repaired the problem. While he was on the roof he also inspected the roof. I was impressed with the service and the professionalism and will definitely make Ireland my first call in the future.

The work went well. They had a good crew comprised of Amish personnel who came in and worked vey quick and were well organized. They worked in a good workmanlike professional manner. They kept things cleaned up very nicely while they worked and were done with all the roofing and gutter work in three days. The estimator came out a couple of days later and went over the work and answered some questions I had to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work performed.

Gary showed up promptly at the scheduled time and quickly addressed the issues that I was concerned about. He even performed some maintenance on the top roof vent that he discovered while he was on the roof. I also asked Gary about a problem that I had with the gutter and some siding and he re-secured it fairly quickly. I would not hesitate to use Gary or Ireland Contracting in the future for any roof repairs.

Crew was very prompt and efficient. Gary was very professional and personal. Talked through entire plan, what they found, and how they fixed it. I look forward to using Gary again for some future work.

Ireland Contracting does not service my area, but he was friendly, professional, and returned both of my phone calls. I would highly recommend him in the future based on his excellent business manner.

Prompt. Courteous. Very knowledgeable and informative. Based on estimates, we chose a different (also excellent) contractor to only replace our porch roof this year. We think highly of Ireland Contracting and will consider another estimate from them when we're ready to replace the roof on the house.

Working with Gary, Marshal and the crew was a great experience. The new shingled roof and gutters look great. The entire crew worked hard and did a nice job of cleaning-up. I would recommend Ireland Contracting LLC to family and friends!

Thank you Gary for your prompt service!! Due to a roof leaf our ceiling caved in our spare bedroom and my husband was out of the country on business when all this happened. Gary answered my call himself and was able to come to my house that week. He worked around my schedule and was very prompt and helpful. He went right up on the roof, saw the issue and was able to fix my roof that same morning. I am so lucky I found Gary and Ireland Contracting, they saved my week and now I don't have to worry about when it rains if more of my ceiling is going to cave in. They did an excellent job. They did not charge me because it was a follow up on the original installation.
