Description of Work: The contractor came on time. The seal on the flashing around chimney came lose. I watched him while he was on the roof. He showed me a picture if it. He re-caulked the area. I was waiting for a hard rain to be sure it did not leak before writing this. So far, so good. Hoping that it holds.

Description of Work: Our attic fan quit working (30 yrs. old) and thought we needed a new one. We called Ireland and they were very courteous, prompt and came out as promised. We had a new roof put on several years ago. We were told that we didn't need an attic fan now since our roof was constructed in a way that you don't need an attic fan anymore. His honesty was appreciated. Therefore, we didn't need to use this provider, but in the future if we need anything, we will definitely contact this provider.

Description of Work: Wow! An honest person in 2014! The owner came to our home to evaluate a leak in our porch roof. He examined the situation, made one repair and didn't charge us anything. When it's time for a new roof we will definitely call Ireland Roofing!

Description of Work: They removed old shingles, a piece of rotted plywood, old flashing, two vents and installed all new materials. They came in the morning and had it done in 1 day! It looks beautiful. They were very courteous and willing to answer any questions. I would recommend them to a friend.

Description of Work: Ireland contracting installed a new roof and new rain gutters. They are a certified installer of GAF roofing products. A GAF agent independent of Ireland contracting will be inspecting the roofing work to verify the instillation. This is one of the reasons that I chose Ireland Contracting, plus their bid was almost 50 percent less than another bid from a different contractor that I had use in the past. A new skylight and a bathroom vent were installed . The Timberline HD shingles look great.

Description of Work: Was contacted fairly quickly and they were able to come out and check out our problem same day. Was able to work it out so that I didn't need to be there since it would have resulted in a half day of work lost for me. Now waiting to hear back on their ideas to correct my issue, but thus far Ireland has been great.

Description of Work: The service went well. There were a couple of small issues with scheduling but nothing major. Once they were there the installation/repair of my gutters was quick and professional. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Ireland Contracting did a tear off and replacement of my existing roof. Once the shingles were off the crew replaced aproximately 15 sheats of the decking due to a mold issue. They also made adjustments to the roof structure to help midigate any mold issues in the future. The process from the estimate to the roof replacement was an easy and enjoyable experience. Roman and Gary are very professional and the crew did amazing work, the new roof looks great.

Description of Work: He replaced some flashing on our roof because of a leak in our garage ceiling. It appears to have been the correct repair. No new leaks at this time.
