Ireland Contracting

Everything was fine until we recieved bid, over 25% more than all other top rated contractors using same materials and doing same work. House is in an affluent neighborhood and as a result price increased unreasonably. 19k for a 1500 sq ft low easy ranch. Dont waste your time

Gary Ireland is very personable and professional. He knows his business and the the products he uses. We had the original gutters on our house and several were leaking. Ireland Contracting installed 6 inch gutters on our home, and they look great! No more leaking for us. The crew was professional and no debris was left anywhere in the yard. Ireland Contracting is the way to go for roofing and gutters!

My initial impression of Tim from Ireland Contracting was great. He seemed personable and the estimate was better than that from other contractors. He quickly sent us a quote and answered some additional questions we had about the project. When I agreed to have the work done is when the communication went downhill. I had sent him an email asking about the contract and if we needed to send a down payment. I didn't hear anything for weeks, until I sent a follow-up email. He said that was fine and they would proceed with the work in the winter as already discussed. On day of the project Tim showed up on time and asked if I had any questions, which I did not. He said he would stop by when the work was completed and we would go look at everything together to make sure I was satisfied. His team arrived shortly after that and completed the work on our house in one day. There was a slight issue in that they hooked the new downspouts back up to the temporary black drainage pipes (which we had installed trying to determine where the issue was) instead of the underground drainage pipes. I had wished someone had clarified that with me beforehand, but I wasn't worried because I knew that Tim was coming back that evening to go over everything. Well he did not show up, and he never called. I thought perhaps he was busy, so I let it go until the next day. When I still hadn't heard from him I sent him an email and he agreed to come look at the work in two days. On the scheduled day, he did arrive on time, I showed him the downspouts I was unhappy with and he agreed to fix them. He went to get the parts and completed it within the hour. I gave him the check and he said he would send me a receipt. I am still waiting for the receipt.

I asked Tim B. to come give me a bid for trim that needed replaced on one side of my home. I already priced the trim from 84 lumber and the cost was less than $600. I was going to supply the paint myself. The estimate he gave me for removing old trim, painting new trim, and installing new trim on one side of my home, just the second story, was $10,500. I paid less than that to have my entire house, stucco, trim and gutters done. I thought it was a typo so I asked him if that was correct. He said it would take several days and men to do this size job and it wasn't cheap. If he didn't want to do the job because it was too small, he just should have told me.

Initial thought was positive then it went downhill. TJ came to the house to look at the issue, said it could be fixed but the permanent solution would need to be when it’s warmer. No problem. A temporary fix would be in place until then. No problem. Sent quote for the job, accepted terms. Said he would call to schedule a trip back to sign contract. Never called to schedule, even after two kind phone calls as a reminder prior.

Ireland contracting did a fantastic job on our roof. They worked so efficiently and did a quality job. The entire job was finished in 2-3 days and they cleaned up completely. Would definitely recommend Gary and his crew.

Great. They were there within a few days after I called. They did an inspection and assured me that my roof will be OK for the winter.

After some delay on my part and Tim's we selected a date for completion. The workman arrived at 7;am and completed the job by approx.3;pm. These men did outstanding work hardly taking breaks and instillation was like a well oiled machine.They were neat and clean and removed all trash and papers from around the house. The only thing I would like is for tim to contact, because we missed each other for a final inspection and warrantie review. In summation this company is first class and I would highly endorse them for this type of work. Bob G

We contacted Ireland contracting through their online system and they contacted us to schedule within two days. We were able to set up a time for an estimate and they showed up on time and prepared to make minor repairs. They were able to show us pictures of the concerns and cleaned out our gutters and downspouts as well as made minor repairs.

The crew was excellent. Did an outstanding job, unlike some of the workmanship I have seen by some contractors in the neighborhood. Thousands cheaper than Lowes.

I had never had to have a roof replaced before so I had no idea about the process. TJ was awesome to work with - he explained everything, was patient when I changed my mind on the color of the shutters, made sure he was there the first day when the crew arrived. The process itself went so smoothly. The dumpster appeared, the crew arrived bright and early and got right to work. They moved evertying - even my solar lights so they wouldn't get broken. They picked up everything after they were done and the dumpster was removed the same day. The installation appears to be very good - I have had no leaks even with all of the rain. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We never got the estimate! Even though they came to the house, made measurements, took information about color, etc. We even called back to ask again for the estimate. No estimate.

We are just working out when they can come do it. Very professional. Explained a repair that I could do myself at little cost. They are a little bit too good to be true. I check everything in court records because I've been ripped off.

Gary responded to us immediately. He ordered the skylights and replaced them in a most efficient manner. He is dependable and does a great job. He makes sure you, the customer, is highly satisfied. We would definitely recommend him.

Ireland contracting responded to our request for a quote within 24 hours. My wife and I had multiple contractors come out to give a quote. Tim from Ireland was responsive and the only contractor to actually go up on our roof. He explained everything that concerned him about the roof and emailed me the quote before he left. Tim was on vacation at the time of our scheduled install, but Gary picked up where Tim left off. They both responded to my calls within 24 hours. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were very upfront with their cost and the final bill was exactly what they had told me. Their work crews were incredible. They almost had the entire project done in a day. We have had some heavy rains in the past few weeks and everything seems to be holding up great. My wife and I will be moving in the couple years and if I need a new roof/gutters/siding on the next house, I will definitely call Gary and Tim again.

They did excellent work. They showed up. The contractors and workers were Amish workers, and they did nice, clean, excellent work. Timeliness, professionalism, price, whatever else you have is all A's.

Representative called to schedule an appointment and showed up as promised on the correct day and time. Evaluated the problem and made the necessary repairs. Following the repairs he cleaned up the area, presented the invoice and left. Total time was about an hour. We had a hard rain the next day and there was no leakage in the repaired area.

Ireland Contracting were fantastic to work with! Both times we used them for repairs they were out within 24 hours, did great work & very friendly and easy to work with! Would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again!

The person from Ireland Contracting came on the time agreed and checked the gutters and roof. He explained that some sealing needed to be applied around the chimney and some gutter hangers needed to be tighten. We agreed on a quote and he proceeded with the job.
