Gary was very professional and gave me an estimate on exactly what I needed done to fix the roofing issues I had. They came out and completed the job in half a day or so - and it was well done. I recommend them if roofing services are needed. The reason I gave them a B for punctuality was because it was difficult to get them to commit on a date when they could come out and do the job because they were very busy at the time.

Gary was very polite and professional. The job took less than an hour. He did a great job and I am very pleased with the results.

I had a tree branch that fell from my huge oak onto my new roof. Gary from Ireland Contracting came out and repaired the shingles on the same day. He repaired the roof in the pouring rain so there was no damage done to my interior. Thank you Gary for your fast response!!!

i contacted Gary Ireland via email through Angie's list on Sunday and received a call back the following Monday. I has a small leak in my roof and I asked Gary if he could stop by to look at my problem and then schedule a date and time for the repair. I had Gary do work previously on another house and was extremely pleased with the quality of his work and the very competitive price. Gary called on Monday, said he was in the area and asked if he could stop back that afternoon. He arrived, inspected the roof and made the repairs while he was there. I've never had a contractor respond to a request for service so quickly and make the repairs that same day. I highly recommend Ireland Contracting for roof repairs.

When we had our new house inspected prior to purchase, the home inspector recommended installing better ventilation in the attic due to a small amount of mold located in the attic. After purchase of the house, I began to search for someone to install an attic fan in my new townhouse. I had a heck of a time finding anyone who would take the job, as an electrician recommended we get a roofer and the roofers recommended we get an electrician! I needed someone who had access to a roofer and an electrician as there was no electricity in the attic and a hole had to be cut in the roof for the attic fan. Gary from Ireland Contracting responded very quickly and said he could do the job. We agreed on a price and date. On October 1st, Gary and Lou arrived on time and got right to work. My attic fan was installed, tested, and good to go in an hour and a half!!! I am very pleased with Ireland Contracting and would definitely use their services again.

Gary was very responsive to my initial phone call and throughout the entire process.( He personally answered his phone when I called him) After he evaluated the current state of my roof, he completely explained the entire process and what I could expect. He was extremely easy to deal with and I felt his proposal provided high quality product at a reasonable cost. The workmen worked very efficiently and kept the work site spotless. The roof looks great! I would give the highest recommendation to Ireland Construction, without any reservation.

Gary is incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. A portion of the project was covered by the one-year home warranty and Gary went out of his way to speak with the insurer, which was certainly appreciated. This was, on a relative basis, a fairly small project for him but he made it a priority and did a great job. Gary's crew was at it first thing in the morning, was very nice to speak with and the yard was left spotless. We will be looking to Gary here in the next few years when it is time re-do the entire roof.

Were timely and professional. Covered shrubs and plants to protect them. Cleaned up at end of day 1 and at at final conclusion of job on day 2. Barely took a lunch break, worked almost continuously to get job done in the estimated 2 days for the project. Very hard workers. Supervisor stopped by periodically. Stopped by about 1.5 hrs before job was completed. I offered to give him a check for the job. He said he would come back again after the job was totally done and all cleanup was completed. He would not accept a check until everything was done to be sure I was satisfied.I was very impressed by that. We would definitely recommend them to everyone. They did a great job!!

Ireland contracting returned my call and scheduled quickly. Gary was courteous and professional and I would definitely recommend and use his services again.

It took a while to match up the shingles and Gary had to make 2 trips. We couldn't find the original information on the color and I believe it has been discontinued. Gary matched the colore perfectly and we are very happy with his work and best of all, the roof doesn't leak now!

The roof looks great, and has been holding up under heavy rain, etc. They were done with the job in 3 days. The crew was excellent about cleaning up. I had one issue with the leak repair for the porch still leaking a small amount, and they sent somebody out after one phone call.

Ireland came promptly the next day to review and repair the damage to our roof. We called on a Wednesday and they were out to our house 8:00am the next day. They were very professional and provided an estimate for a new roof when we required one in the future. Left us with samples and information on the material and warranty on the products that they use. We would use them again on future jobs and would refer them to others.

I called the company and the owned himself came to review my roof and gutters. He was available and arrived promptly. He was extremely professional and honest. all of the work was done to my specifications.I am very happy.

We had several people give us estimates for a new roof and quickly narrowed our choices down to two by price, perceived quality and communication then chose Ireland. We debated between two colors. Roman gave us addresses of houses that had those colors on the roofs and we drove around looking at the two colors. We are really pleased with the color we picked. We've had some good rains and no problems. The work took two days. They were respectful of our property and the cleanup was good. They put a truck in our driveway instead of a dumpster that might have damaged the driveway. When it was time to pay them, I pulled an estimate (theirs) from our file and wrote a check. Several days later, Gary, the owner, called and said that some work had not been done and they'd be by to finish it. As it turned out, we had elected not to have that done and Roman stopped by and gave us a check for $1,000. How's that for integrity?

Gary (owner) cam out promptly; he diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly using nails and caulking. He was fast, courteous, and efficient. He squeezed me in and came out when no one else in the area could be bothered with such a small job. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors and use him again when the time comes.

I thought it was important to provide feedback on Ireland Contracting. The level of service that Roman and the guys provided was top notch. From day 1 Roman at Ireland took his job seriously and provided an unsurpassed level of service. He was prompt, timely and clear with all of his appointments and conversations. The started the job on the day they said they would and finished within the time they provided. The crew that did the work was professional, polite and very good at what they did. This was a big job for me and it was a very pleasant experience. Finally, the roof looks great and I am one happy customer. Thanks guys and gals at Ireland.

I noticed a roof leak following a recent storm. Gary scheduled a time to stop out the following morning to assess the situation. Gary was on-time and exteramly friendly while surveying the roof. He patched 2 spots that were casuing issue and a week laterit appears to have fixed the problem. He suggested that my roof is at the end of its useful life and likely needing to be replaced in the near future. I will absolutely call him again when I'm ready to replace the roof.

Project was done by someone else because of their indecisiveness.

Excellent job, I actually have 2 homes I had Ireland Contracting put new roofs on.. I would not hesitate to recommend or use the company again. Friendly, excellent service and also did a great job on both homes... The company has done several homes in my area so I had many references to go by when I selected them. I thought there was an issue at one of my houses and they were quick to respond. Regarding the issue, it was my error and there was no issue at all but I appreciated the fact they took the time to check it out.

Gary was very responsive. He quickly called me back and arranged to meet with me as he circled back toward his home at the end of the day. He arrived on time. We both went up to the roof and then inspected the attic. He cleared the roof as being fine, but noted that the chimney had some loose mortar which was likely causing the water leak. Since this was a job I am capable of doing, no quote or work was involved. I was glad to have found Gary on Angie's List, as we had some difficulty finding roofing contractors that would take the time to return phone calls and show up for appointments. Based on my experience with Gary and reading over his reviews, I would indeed consider using him in the future and would recommend him.
