I called Ireland Contracting to ask for someone to come out to look at my roof. There was a leak in my bathroom ceiling. Gary Ireland called back promptly and scheduled a time to come over. He was professional, courteous and came over when he said he would. He fixed the problem. I would definitely do business with him again.

He did an excellent job. I called him when our roof started leaking and he came over the next morning. He repaired the flashing on one of our sky lights. He seemed very knowledgeable. He was punctual, too. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

Gary returned a call for my request for service the same day and was able to drop by the next afternoon. He resolved the issue so quickly he waived the fee. Very professional, prompt, and responsive. I will definitely use his services when the need arises in the future.

Had a leak in my roof and called to have someone come out. When I told him that I live on Neville Island, he stated that they don't come out that way - they only cover North Hills and north of Cranberry. I was surprised because Neville Island is only 15 minutes down 79, but also because his coverage map on the site shows that he covers a very wide area that goes all the way to Moon Township, which is a little further than my home. If he was too busy with other jobs to come out just for a roof leak, I could have understood that, but was just very surprised by his response.

We called Gary Ireland and asked him for a quote to fix our gutters. He was very quick in getting back to us and within a week his crew showed up and the job was done. We can't say enough good things about the crew. They were on time, extremely courteous and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Both Gary and Tim are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They provided great communication, readily returning calls and answering questions. The crew performed an outstanding job replacing our roof. All took great care to protect our home and the surrounding area while working. Daily cleanup was amazing! This was one of the easiest home improvement experiences. I would highly recommend Ireland Contracting. Out of five stars, they earned ten :-)

Gary was very pleasant and provided us with a very fair price to replace the roof on our house we were selling. Very professional and friendly. Would refer him to others if needed.

Their work was excellent...They provided a detailed estimate and were very patient answering all our questions. Communication, scheduling, and the work to be done was all impressively managed. There were no surprises...They were in and out of here promptly. The whole job (large roof) took 2 days...They really watched out for our landscaping, canvas awning, etc. Cleanup was impressive, they left no trace..Plus our new roof really looks great. We are pleased!

The owner and salesman were very easy to contact and speak with. They were very knowledgable and made useful suggestions. The crew was punctual, friendly, tidy, worked diligently, and completed the job in a timely fashion. The work was of high quality. The estimate was spot on with the final cost of the project.

We have very nice home in the country. The house was 25 years old and unfortunately shingles were starting to come off the roof. I knew it was time to get a new one but didn't know who to trust. I used Angie's List for the first time to find who had the best reputation. I got proposals from the top 3 I could find within my area. Ireland Contracting was the most expensive of the three but I'm a guy willing to pay a little extra to get the best people to do the job. I liked what their sales guy had to say and I liked his recommendations. There was no shady stuff - just straight talk about how he'd have to add a couple vents for the bathrooms. I asked for his recommendations for the color and it turned out he couldn't have recommended a better combination. the roofs look sensational! The workers were amazing - completely great - nonstop for 3 days. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work. We actually asked them for a list of anything else they might do - that's how good they were. You may pay a little more but it's worth every penny!

I sent Ireland Contracting an email via their website on Sunday night. Early Monday morning I received a call, and they were able to come out a couple of hours later. It was very nice of them, since it wasn't an emergency at all. I showed Mr. Ireland where the roof had leaked before, and he went up to check it out. He came back down and said there were a few cracks and he sealed them up, so everything was good to go. The entire appointment only took 15 minutes, and now we have peace of mind that the roof won't leak on our TV! When it comes time to get a new roof, we will absolutely be calling Ireland Construction.

Gary went out on the roof (which was on the second floor and had a very steep pitch); he spent about 10 minutes, took pictures, showed me exactly where he felt the problem was, and sent me the pictures. Unfortunately, he feels it is the gap around the window / cedar that water is getting into and traveling under the flashing - - Ireland does not work with cedar. Gary was very polite and professional. He also did not charge a fee for the time he spent reviewing all of this. I called him based on the positive reviews he received on Angies List

Gary's crew did an excellent job on our roof replacement. Quality GAF product installed with great care by a very experienced crew. They took their time to do the job right with attention to the smallest detail. In April 2015 we experienced some water marks on an interior wall after a heavy rain storm. Concerned that we may have a roof leak, we called Gary. He returned our phone call in 20 minutes. He showed up the next morning and checked the roof for leaks. The roof was not the problem. A wall vent was allowing water to seep into the interior. Gary and a crew member came back three days later and worked 1-1/2 hours to make the repairs. Even though the problem was not the roof, Gary did not charge for the repair. Will use Ireland Contracting for any future repair projects to our house and will definitely recommend them.

Called Gary the morning of April 7th and left a message. Within an hour Gary got back to me and we discussed the problem and scheduled an appointment for the next day at 8:30 AM. At that time he assessed the problem and said he would be back within the next day. The next day came and Gary called and stated that he was in the area and would be at the house within a half an hour. Gary arrived with his crew and started working immediately. Not only did he fix the roof vent we suspected to be leaking but the one next to it also; all this work done within a half an hour. Couldn't ask for better service.

After receiving an estimate on April 7, 2015, I phoned Gary the morning of April 9, 2015 to get on his work schedule. He said he could get to me within the next several days depending on the weather and would call first. Two hours later he called back and asked if they could come right away between the raindrops. As this worked perfectly for me, the work was performed the same day. After showing him a gutter that had pulled away from my storage shed he had his workmen install several hanger brackets at no charge, Courteous, prompt and helpful!

Highly recommend!! Service was professional and prompt. Contractor made arrangements to come out right away to check out our leak. He was able to fix it that day. Everything went great, wish I could give higher score than an A.

I had originally called Gary about 3 weeks prior to the work to have him fix the issues on the roof. He was very responsive to come out, see where the squirrels might be getting in the roof and provide me with an estimate based on what he saw. He was very professional and quick. The only poor experience I had with him was that he said he would be back in the next two weeks to perform the repairs. After about 3 weeks I had given him a call to see when he expected to come out. He called me back later that evening letting me know that he would be able to perform the work the next day! He showed up as expected and he performed the repair while we were out running some errands. By the time we were back a few hours later he was done and everything looked great! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get some work done on their roof! Another thing worth noting is he did recommend gutter covers to prevent an annual gutter cleaning. He was very honest about the options citing their positives and negatives and was very respectful of our decision to decline putting them on.

The estimate process was good. We are waiting to replace the roof, but Ireland Contracting is at the top of our list.

My roof was leaking after we had the high winds a few weeks ago. I called three different roofers to come out to inspect the roof and I wanted them to find the leak and repair the roof. This sounds easy, Right? All three roofers told me the same story as if they were reading the same script. They promised a time to visit and never shows up. So I called Gary Ireland and he showed up the same day. WOW! What a contracter! So professional. Gary was on time and I showed him the area were the leak was coming in. Gary grabbed his tools and went to work. He found the problem area, patched the roof and was finished in no time. Gary kept the work area clean and neat, never disturbed the flower beds and mulched areas. I learned my lesson, call the best guy in town first if you want reliable, fair, professional work done at your home. : )

/We were completely impressed with Ireland Contracting! Gary called us back within 24 hours, and came over for an estimate 2 days later. We had some small leakage in the ceiling seam along the roofline, and were expecting/fearing that we would find that we needed a complete roof replacement. Gary inspected the problem inside and outside and was completely honest with us, even complimenting the siding and window replacement we had done a few years ago by another contractor. He told us we did not need a new roof, and instead, went into the attic, and applied some additional caulking - and did not even charge us!! Who does that???? This is one professional, honest, dependable businessman. We would call him again without hesitation, and would recommend him to anyone.

They promptly returned my call and scheduled a visit. This alone was exceptional, since several other contractors failed to even call me back (it was a busy time for roofers in Pittsburgh). Ireland got me in, without hesitation. Ireland Contracting arrived on time in a professional, well-marked vehicle. They carefully diagnosed the problem, taking time to explain their findings and options for remedy. What put me most at ease was that they recommended the most cost-effective solution, despite ample opportunity to sell a more costly repair. They finished the job on the same day, and their charge I felt was very fair. This experience has inspired my trust in Ireland Contracting, and they will be the first company I call next time I need a roof repair or replacement.

Damaged house siding after crew did not tie down ladder on windy day. Total replacement of the weathered aluminum siding required. Matching paint to the original siding finish near impossible. Ireland only offered $2K reimbursement for a $11,000 siding replacement job they caused through their negligence. Fortunately the neighbors have steered clear after seeing what they did to our property.

Gary Ireland could not have been more responsive. I have had numerous experiences in the past with contractors either performing poorly or not showing up at all. Gary immediately returned my call, arrived when he said he'd arrive, repaired what needed to be repaired and called me a week after doing the work to make sure I was satisfied. Gary has restored by belief that there are in fact contractors out there who take pride in their work and who do what they say they'll do. I would recommend Ireland without reservation to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust. A+++++!
