They completed the work in one day and made sure it was complete to our liking. They also made sure we understood how the new installation was completed and how to manage it.

Mike was prompt for his bid visit as well as once awarded the business. He and his crew went about their work efficiently and in a very professional manner. His bid was emailed to me promptly and he was able to do the work in a timely manner. They were willing to discuss and present options when requested. I would recommend Mike for anyone that wants electrical work done correctly. I have two additional jobs that I will be awarding Mike and I strongly recommend him.

The owner +1 electrician arrived 5 minutes before scheduled visit. They were courteous, professional and got right down to the task. They worked in a time efficient manner and kept me updated on what the job would cost as the inspection ensued. Once underway, the work was done at a diligent pace. Mike was pleasant, articulate in his explanations of how the phone lines work and was able to explain in terms that I understood. His rates were less per hour than a previous electrician I had hired. He was able to come within 2 days notice and returned my initial call within 24 hours. When commenting on his promptness, he stated that it is his policy to contact the customer within 24 hours of their initial phone query. I will have Grejda do the other many projects this home will need.

He was very nice, prompt, professional, and cleaned up! He painted the areas so you couldn't even tell he was there!

He was prompt, he didn't waste any time, and even though he ran into a little problem with the fixture (the store didn't provide the right plate) he found one in his truck that worked. It also didn't come with a grounding wire, and he came up with a way to fix it. He didn't charge me for the extra time! He was very nice and cleaned up well afterward, even vacuuming after the job. I was very happy with their work, and I will use them again in the future.

He was here on time and he is very professional. He came in and made some suggestions on how things should be positioned. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He went above and beyond. I have nothing but praise for this gentleman.

I called Grejda Electric and left my name and phone number on the answering machine. I received a phone call from Mr. Grejda the following morning and told him what I wanted done. He said that he would acquire the fixtures and be here to install them beween 8:00 and 8:30 the following Wednesday morning. He arrived on time and installed the eight fixtures and replaced the recepticle in about two and one-half hours. He was very professional in his work being careful to clean up after himself.

I LIKE HIM, BUT I COULD NEVER GET A HOLD OF HIM TO DO THE WORK.

KEPT TRYING TO REACH ME WHEN I WAS DIFFICULT TO REACH. ON TIME, DID THE WORK NEATLY AND WELL.

MR. GREJDA WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR PHONE CALLS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS WHEN HE CAME TO GIVE THE ESTIMATE. UNFORTUNATELY HIS ESTIMATE WAS ABOUT 30% HIGHER THAN THE OTHER ESTIMATE WE RECEIVED.

ON TIME, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT, AND REASONABLY PRICED. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NEEDING ELECTRICAL WORK.

RESPONDED TO SECOND CALL. CAME TO GIVE ESTIMATE, SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR AND SAID HE'D SEND BID WITHIN A WEEK. WE NEVER RECEIVED A BID, THOUGH I PHONED ONCE TO CALL THAT TO HIS ATTENTION.

FIRST OFF, THE PHONE IS NEVER ANSWERED AND YOU ALWAYS NEED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. ON THE FIRST FEW PHONE CALLS, I KEPT GETTING NO RETURN CALLS. FINALLY GOT A RETURN CALL A FEW WEEKS AFTER I HAD GIVEN UP HOPE OF HEARING FROM THEM. WAS THEN VERY FAST TO COME OUT AND ESTIMATE THE JOB. THEN HE DROPPED OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH FOR A WHILE. I KEPT LEAVING MESSAGES WITH NO RETURN. FINALLY, WHEN I LEFT A MESSAGE SAYING THAT I WOULD LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON ANGIE'S LIST, I GOT A RETURN CALL WITHIN 20 MINUTES. MENTION ANGIE'S LIST EVERY TIME YOU CALL. NOW THAT THE WORK IS DONE, I AM ENORMOUSLY PLEASED. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN DEALING WITH AN ELECTRICIAN, I FEEL 100% CONFIDENT THAT THE WORK IS DONE ABSOLUTELY THE WAY THAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE. THEY SPENT TWO DAYS IN OUR HOUSE, AND CLEANED UP SO WELL THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL THAT THEY WERE HERE. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IN DEALING WITH MIKE IS THAT HE TENDS TO PRESENT THINGS AS BIG PROBLEMS WHEN HE FIRST ENCOUNTERS THEM. WOULD USE AGAIN.

MICHAEL CONTINUED TO RESPOND TO THE MESSAGES THAT I LEFT UNTIL WE WERE ABLE TO CONNECT, WHICH I GREATLY APPRECIATED. HE AND 2 ASSOCIATES ARRIVED EARLY FOR THEIR SCHEDULED APPT. AND PROMPTLY EVALUATED AND DIAGNOSED OUR ELECTRICAL ISSUES. THEY ADDRESSED & CORRECTED OUR PROBLEMS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY AFTERWARDS. MICHAEL ALSO ASSESSED SOME INSIDE ELECTRICAL QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD AND WE PLAN TO WORK WITH HIM TO ADDRESS THESE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

MIKE GREJDA AND HIS ASSOCIATES (2) WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK AND METICULOUS ABOUT CLEANING UP, YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THAT ANY WORK/INSTALLATIONS HAD BEEN DONE. AFTERWARDS, MIKE EXPLAINED THE OPERATION OF THE GFCI PLUGS AND THE MOTION DETECTOR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I NEEDED SOME ELECTRICAL UPDATING IN MY NEW-TO-ME HOUSE. MIKE GREJDA WAS THE ONLY ELECTRICIAN I CALLED THAT RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY AND SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR BOTH THE ESTIMATE AND THE WORK. HE SQUEEZED MY RELATIVELY SMALL JOB INTO A BUSY TIME OF YEAR, AND BEAT MY OTHER QUOTES BY A SIGNIFICANT MARGIN. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM FOR ANY OTHER ELECTRICAL WORK I HAVE.

HE WAS HERE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. SAID HE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME IN A WEEK OR SO AND I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM.

MIKE & HIS WORKERS WERE ON TIME, FASTER THAN EXPECTED, VERY RESPECTFUL & POLITE. THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN 1 1/2 HOURS IN RESPONSE TO MY SCHEDULING NEEDS. THE ESTIMATE WAS $150, THE ACTUAL COST $149.70. HE WAS ABLE TO DO THE WORK SOONER THAN EXPECTED.

GOOD WORK, I APPRECIATED THE EXCELLENT CLEAN UP, SHOWED UP ON TIME. VERY PLEASED.

MIKE HAS DONE WORK FOR ME FOR OVER 20 YEARS. HE CONTINUES TO BECOME MORE AND MORE PROFESSIONAL WITHOUT LOSING HIS PERSONAL TOUCH.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND IN A POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER, REMOVED OUR OLD ELECTRIC SERVICE CENTER AND REPLACED IT WITH A HIGHER AMP SYSTEM. THEY ALSO REPLACED MOST OF OUR OUTLETS. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE PRICE.
