Horrible, this was our first home that we had built. First, he was not thrilled to use the VA OTC loan, said would build out our laundry room and extend home in order to accommodate but then when foundation was completed and they framed our house HE DID NOT EXTEND THE LAUNDRY ROOM AS STATED IN INITIAL MEETING. Whole process was not fun at all, if we we never asked for things then we would have not gotten them or he would have installed the cheapest thing out there. House is completely built and when sitting in our living room all you hear is the water rushing down the pipes and when someone is showering you hear the water the whole time. We have turn up the TV so we can hear…when asked if he insulated the interior walls he said “ We never do that” so I guess hear your **** come down the walls is ok in his world. But I bet his home is insulated. That is the kinda stuff he could let people know and let us choose what we want to do. He will do whatever is cheaper and not saying anything is the cheaper way. Beware!!!! They say his builds come with upgrades….NOT. We got no landscaping but seeding, which of course is the cheapest. Here is a picture of our yard…we have 4 craters that fill with water and no grass will ever grow. His answer was “Give it time”. God forbid you include that to make the house nice outside but again it’s an extra cost. Plenty other builders out there…choose them!!!!!

Mark is an expert in his field. He is fair, honest, easy to communicate and talk to about the project at hand, while also insisting on doing all of the tasks necessary without added help from the customer. He educated me many times about what he was doing and why, informing me of things to look for, and how to take care of the project once completed.
