Description of Work: My house needed pressure washed. Mold was starting on the one side of the house. They did a great job cleaning everything and removing the mold. I am sure that I will be calling again in a few years when it eventually returns due to lack of direct sun.

Description of Work: I ran into Dale when he was painting a neighbor's shutters, which is a job I had been wanting to have done for some time. After spending s few minutes talking with Dale I liked him immediately. I saw the work he was doing it it looked great, so I decided to ask for an estimate for my shutters. After receiving what I thought was a reasonable quote we agreed on the job. We then discussed the painting of all of my gutters. I received a great quote from Dale, and agreed upon that work. It occurred to me, since Dale had such a wide variety of abilities, I would add on some other work. When we were done, Dale had power washed my roof and entire house and deck, painted my gutters, soffit and fascia, and then my deck and front porch. In addition Dale prepped and painted two steel doors. It all looks fantastic and definitely was a professional job. Dale even threw in the painting of my post light and power washed some mold off my sidewalk. What more can I say. I hope to have my interior painted in the fall or spring by Dale.

They also came through in a real pinch when I was just about to list and noticed I had a small leak and the ceiling needed replaced. They were very prompt and did a perfect job in everything they did. These guys do a great job!

The crew was friendly and completely thorough from the prep work to clean up. I am very impressed with this crew's work ethic and attention to detail. It was clear they take pride in their work. I was extremely pleased with the end result and will definitely be using their services for future projects.

+ 0 moreIt's going well so far. Dale has been super-responsive. He returns calls promptly and is very fair with pricing. I called for the first time this week, and within a day he had come over, given an estimate, and arranged for the pressure washing, which happened when he said it would, even with the irregular weather we're having recently. Dale had Pat come over to do the pressure washing. He was nice to me and my husband and did a thorough job. We have several stages to the project we're working on with Dale. I'll update and add photos as we go.

Description of Work: We have had Dale and his crew to our home twice. Once for an exterior metal door that had been painted by a different professional painter and peeled shortly thereafter. The first painter would not stand by his work and we found Dale who corrected it and did a very good job.
