I will give them A's across the board, and yes, I would use them again in the future.

New holes continued to appear in the yard but we were reluctant to spend additional money. Our lawn care company suggested some "poison worms" from Home Depot. We got these and put them into the holes. The number of holes SLOWED but didn't stop. The problem remains with no defined solution.

Becker was extremely responsive. Visited the day I called to assess the situation. Returned the next day to set bait stations. Spent time explaining the process and what to expect. Returned promptly in two weeks to re-bait.

They were less expensive than the big named pest control companies such as Orkin . They are very honest. The exterminator was trained by a fortune 500 company. He is thorough. He comes when he is needed. I will continue using him in the future.

He comes and takes care of the job. He does it quick. He is very responsive. He does a great job. I have been using him for three years.

Called and asked about service and they said they would be starting in a couple of weeks. They than did the work while I was out, and left the bill as they said they would. Plan on using them several times a year. Very professional.

Gene Becker had taken care of ants outside and moths inside our house. He had been recommended by a neighbor who is a real estate agent. In early summer we had some interesting moths on our guest room window. When we had a few each day for bout a week I called Gene Becker who came out to look at them. They were interesting, not a problem for our clothing or rugs, and he took a sample to submit to the entomologists at the Carnegie Museum. He told me that he was working on eliminating the groundhog from under a neighbors deck. So when the man who was supposed to trap the groundhogs was unsuccessful, I called Becker's Pest Control. I will call them again when we sight another groundhog who eat my peaches and other fruit IN THE TREE, as well as trying to get into the vegetable garden.

They were fabulous. I called them two days ago, and they called me back yesterday and were out here today. I used them a few years ago for a moth problem, and they set traps for them, but traps never really returned anything. A few days ago, I noticed the trap was full when I was taking apart my smoke detector and contacted Becker. He asked a lot of questions to try to figure out what the problem was, and as a result that led him to figure out the problem was caused by a fur collar on a coat that was very old. It had moth larva on it; so I discarded the coat. We eneded up also segregating all the items in the closet to decontaminate them.

The company did an outstanding job. We understood exactly what to expect, and felt that we received high quality service at a fair price. I would definitely use again, and would recommend enthusiastically!

Critters in attic- chewed a hole in the wall. Hear them when I'm in bed. Called Becker Co. They came promptly- set traps; but failed to catch the critter. It's still here. I'm not sure what else they could do.

Excellent. We live in a heavily wooded area and had problems with the mice. Gene installed bait boxes around the perimeter of our house and we have not had a problem since. Highly recommend their services.

Mr. Becker was very good and he knew the insects when he saw them. He set up some poison drops to get rid of the ants and it worked. The price charged by him was reasonable too. He also responded well. I will use his services again in the future, if needed.

This company was used when we purchased the house to take care of a carpenter bee problem. Once we moved in, we discovered that we had a large population of ground hogs on our property. I was afraid to have my young children play around them, so they humanely set traps and took care of the problem. They also were able to eliminate 2 mice that were trapped in the house. Carpenter bees love my home, so Becker pest control is out every spring to manage that problem. I signed up for their pest management program where they come out 4 times a year and spray the outside of the house. They do not believe in spraying the inside of the home. The best feature of this company is the fact that they are family owned and wonderful people. They promptly respond to requests for help and are easy to work with. They listen carefully, offer suggestions, and then do their work. The owner used to work for Heinz in their pest control program and decided to branch out on his own. I know whatever problem I have will be taken care with the company. I usually do NOT like having workers in my home or around my home. Having them here, however, does not bother me. I HIGHLY recommend this firm.

Gene is wonderful. He uses environmentally friendly and pet-safe products and we trust him with our key so he can come in and do his work when we are not home. He is a nice and personable man, and patient about the bill when we have to pay it in two or three installments.

I was very pleased with the service that Becker Pest Control gave. This man has been in business for quite a while, and knows his stuff! I couldn't be happier with the service!
