DYNAMIC ROOFING

If I could give Ed less than one star I would.. I asked him to come to my home over a year ago to fix a leak in my roof. He said he wasn’t sure where the leak came from. He think it was from an opening in my siding and patched it. Wow, just this week. Bad winds, very bad rain it leaked again, Ed came over. They were out for less than a half an hour really couldn’t figure out where the leak was coming from and we knew that was gonna be rain at Highwinds again in two days. He told me to follow him up and I did the roof was leaking even more with any contractor they allow you to speak to them and possibly come up with a thought of maybe what it could be on your end, it’s called speaking to each other. He was so disrespectful to me, screamed and yelled at me and hung the phone up on me first off, you don’t do that to a woman. Secondly, you do not do that to a customer. He’s so disrespectful Eddie’s ripping people off it should not take three times to fix the roof. Do not use him!!!!

When you use telemarketers to prospect for new business, you might consider how they are representing your company. It was unnecessary and rude for the telemarketer to hang up on me when she told me where she was calling from and asked how I was doing. I simply told her that I just had my roof replaced and she just disconnected the call. You can’t say goodbye? After all, you interrupted ME, with your call and I stopped what I was doing to answer. The least you could do is be courteous. But I see from the other 1 star reviews that you might not care about your community. I hope that changes because we really do need more decent people in the world.

They did a very good job. They came on under budget, and they did exactly what I expected them to do. I was very happy with them. The price was excellent. They do windows and stuff too, and I would consider them.

I am quite sure that if I said exactly what I feel it would never make it past the editors at Angie's List.

Great! It's been almost 9 months (half a winter, rainy spring and summer) since installation and all is dry. The men did the work in the time frame discussed (approximately 4-5 days while we were on vacation). Left a minimal and reasonable amount of debris and returned to the house promptly when a few shingles were noticed to be loose. Also, very fine craftsmanship around the copper flashings and the price was significantly less than other roofers in the area.

They have been over in the last year to fix it but it was the wrong skylight was installed, there was no tinting. When we informed the owner he came over to make a proposal which we agreed to for resolution, and we have not heard from him since. We have tried to remedy this over the last two years and even though work has been done recently it is not completely finished.

They were 15% lower than the next lowest bud. They were very professional and punctual and cleaned up very well. They got the job done in a short time. I was very pleased.
