Ron the owner recently did a home, termite, & Radon inspection on a home we are currently looking to purchase. He arrived before we even did and immediately got to it after introducing himself to us. Ron was knowledgeable, courteous, and had a very keen eye for smaller things that I feel the average person including myself would have missed. There was no area too small, tedious, or dirty Ron avoided, he made sure to check every corner, crawl space, cabinet, and appliance he could access. Boro would 100% be my go to in all future home purchases for inspection. On a final note, the pricing was great and included a discount for 2 or more services at once !

Ron was great! Was at the house I’m purchasing early and was already done the roof inspection by the time I got there. He was very informational and personable.

The inspection was poor at best. There were leaks in the plumbing throughout the basement. The 2 year old hot water heater had a leak. A drain line was used for the main water feed and was sealed with glue that was not healthy for human consumption. There were leaks going to the heater. The copper pipes were brittle and corrosive from the well water. GFCI outlet requirements were missed. Only the 2nd floor had central air After we moved in we found out the central air did not work and unservicable because the air handler was incorrectly installed. The inspection was very detailed in many aspects however the things that were missed cost us thousands of dollars to remediate. Would not recommend this service to any one.

He did an absolutely fantastic job! He showed up on time and met with both my husband and I. He had encouraged us both to come along so we could go over everything together. He was very thorough and explained every step of the inspection to us patiently and professionally. By the end of the 3 1/2 hours we both knew more than we thought we could know about our future home. Not only that, but he sent us home with a book called and quot;How to Operate your Homeand quot;, which is a very useful reference guide.

I scheduled Ron for a Home Inspection and Termite Inspection. Because I got two inspections bundled, I received a discount for a price that was already fantastic compared to other inspection companies. The home was a row home and was not very big, but the price was right. Ron was so helpful in explaining everything he mentioned, what it meant for our home, how to fix it, what it would cost us. He was there prior to us arriving and had already inspected the roof and taken pictures. He was completely thorough and was very patient with us as first time home buyers. His report was clear and to the point. Very friendly and even gave us a book on how to manage our home with basic instructions for systems within the house.

The inspector was very friendly and explained every step of the process. He was here for over two hours for the inspection and his report was very thorough. The inspection report was handwritten, which wasn't a surprised because I was told that on the phone when I scheduled the inspection. I would have preferred a digital report with pictures to refer back to after the inspector left. Fortunately the inspector had good handwriting skills so the report was legible. Before he left he went over all of the items he found during the report and even provided a general estimate upon my request for the cost to correct the major issues.

Rob arrived promptly, spent a good bit of time going over the house. Found evidence of termites in the crawl space. Showed us exactly what we were looking at and what would need to be done to remedy the problem. Took time and answered all my questions

ron was punctual and very detailed. he explained everything thing he was doing and also recommended contractors for specific services that i wanted. his service pointed out a stucco problem which i thought was only cosmetic, but proved to be very extensive. he saved me at least $35,000 in hidden repairs. when we didn't buy the house, i contracted ron to inspect the home we subsequently purchased.

Ron did the inspection for the buyer of my previous home and he caught a lot of things my own inspector had missed a couple years earlier. That's why I used him for my recent home purchase. The guy examined every inch of the house, even donning coveralls to inspect the dirt-floored crawl space and carefully prying off a nailed-in cover panel and then replacing it. His inspection offered excellent information and cost estimates for all repairs. My realtor was amazed at how long the inspection took, but I'm glad I had someone who would take the time.

I couldn't be more pleased. Ron didn't cut any corners. He performed a thorough inspection from steep roof to dirty crawlspace. Throughout the entire inspection, he took the time to educate me about my new home's systems and construction. What a great experience!
