Description of Work: Installed tub and cleared drain. Very honest and dependable. Used John when his business was new and again after he had been established awhile. In spite of being busier he was just as prompt, dependable, hard-working and honest as when he first started. Will employ him again soon for a major bathroom remodel.

 + -1 moreIt started with a clogged toilet which I could not unclog without removing the toilet. The toilet had been rocking for awhile and I was unable to tighten it, when I removed the toilet we discovered it was leaking through the floor. I called Seitz, they came right out, fixec the problem and have not had an issue since.
Description of Work: Toilet was clogged and I unfastened it to get to the clog and when I removed the toilet I discovered it had been leaking at the base. I called and Seitz came out that same day and resolved the problem. The plumber removed the toilet, cleaned and reseated it. And cleaned up after himself--I was very satisfied.
