National Property Inspections

Description of Work: Jason performed an "inspection" of our home for a buyer who was interested in the property. In the report, he made comments on items that he didn't even inspect. It is clear that he has NO experience or knowledge in the inspection of older homes, and considered everything that comes with an older home "defective." He even managed to consider our gutters "defective" because there were leaves in them. Of course it is nearly October and we live on a street with large Oak trees, but I guess that makes our gutters "defective!" WOW! Not only that, but he clearly broke several items, including our porch fan, which had been working with no difficulty at all prior to his visit, as well as a thermostat in our lower level, which was working perfectly until his visit. He actually left it in pieces on the floor....batteries and all....and then called it "defective!" I understand that it is his job to find problems with a home, but, apparently, if he doesn't find enough problems, he creates them! Beware of this so called "inspector!"

Description of Work: John Benson did a standard pre-purchase home inspection and coordinated with a more extensive septic system testing.
