We hired them decades ago. Our pump went out. They came and replaced it charging us for Brand new pump. It would not work. And after 2 weeks w no water we called another local company to help us. When our pump was pulled up it was not a new pump and it was two pieces of two different pumps that they yanked out of someone else’s wells. My husband, decades in law enforcement, went to Myers, walked into their storage area and saw many pump pieces lined up on the shelves. If you’re going to use old products you can’t charge for a new pump! We move from Philly and get ripped off in Honeybrook? As Jack says criminals are not restricted by geography. They had to then give us the pump which we had Downingtown Plumbing put in. Perfectly.

We recently bought a 4BR/3.5 bath home in Malvern with a well/septic system. During inspection, it was found that the 3/4 horsepower well pump previously installed by Myers was non-functional so the seller had Myers replace it at a cost of $2167.00. Unbeknownst to the seller, they replaced it with a 1/2 horsepower pump and stated the water flow test was adequate. The warranty with the pump is transferable to the buyer (us). After moving in, we set up well maintenance service with Powell Pump and Well, who informed us that the water flow was very inadequate at 6 gallons/minute at 20 PSI (minimum for this house should be 8-12 gallons/minute at 40 PSI) and that a 1/2 horsepower pump should never have been installed. He also warned of damage to our filtration systems and other equipment from inadequate flow. We had noted low shower water flow but thought we just needed a different shower head. I called the seller who called Myers only to be told "the pump they had installed should be fine" I have left several messages for the business with no return call. The seller has also attempted to contact the business again, at least 10 times, and they will not return his call either. The cost to replace the pump (which is under warranty) is about $2500.
