Everything went very smooth from the beginning to the end. Everybody was very professional. Had wall removed between existing kitchen and dining room. This was all designed by Prince. Results were amazing.

Quality of product was excellent. Design process was professional. They provided us with several options to choose from. The installation exceeded our expectations. Workers were professional and neat. Installation of cabinets, appliances, lighting fixtures and counter tops went smoothly. Picked up any problems that were visible to them and took care of them. For example floor heating ducts were not routed properly from the original installation back in 1978. They were positioned under a cabinet and he rerouted the duct so it would better provide heat and air conditioning into the kitchen. They custom made a bulkhead out of the same cabinet materials to match the new cabinets. All in all the entire process was very smooth. We would highly recommend Prince Kitchens.

They are good. We are pleased with them. The work hasn't started yet. They were lower than the competition. They had the better price and they didn't seem to subcontract as much. They are very hands-on and they are here for the duration. Their prices are reasonable.

We met Mike and Pete Prince at the builder's show in York in February 2012. The goal at the show was to find a company to reface our existing kitchen. We decided that a total remodel would be more satisfactory ,after talking to Mike. There were delays in beginning the job due to the incompetence of a company we hired to erect an addition for the dining room but Prince Kitchens worked around the disruption. The remodel took only a few weeks after starting. All the work was done by Prince; no sub-contractors. Their showroom in Glen Rock is so complete that we did not have to run around to various suppliers looking at samples. Mike is very talented with design and helped us turn our vague idea of what we wanted into a viable and satisfying concept. Prince is not the least expensive option but the quality and service is well worth the expenditure for the central room of your home.We regard Prince Kitchens not only as a business but also as friends.We recommend Prince Kitchens to anyone looking for a high quality kitchen remodel.

Called for an estimate. The lady who answered the phone was great. The man she put me on to talk with was horrible. I asked about re-doing our bathroom. I wasn't sure if we could afford to do everything at once or if we were just going to get the floor tiled and the sink re-done. He asked me how much I was willing to spend and when I said I wasn't sure or I might have to break the work down a little bit he said he was not going to waste his time unless we were willing to put $8-12,000 minimum into our bathroom. I will not be dealing with them and they will not be doing the work. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

From the first meeting it was a good experience. Pete was always helpful, offering great suggestions without being pushy, and answering any question, no matter how silly they may have been. Work was done quickly,the guys were very professional, cleanup was done every day, and any problems that did arise( and there are always some on any job) were dealt with quickly and to satisfaction. I would call them again for any renovations I may have coming up without a second thought.

It went well. Took a little longer that expected to complete but not by much. Any minor issues we had they were quick to repair or respond to.
