I wanted to write to express our appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Mark Glick and Penn Dutch Structures has provided to us since we began the process of looking for a recreational cabin . He has always promptly replied to emails, phone calls & text messages. He has gone above & beyond what I would expect for customer service from a business. I wish more businesses offered the kind of customer satisfaction as Penn Dutch Structures. Mark has always made sure that we were happy with decisions that were made. When he would say that he would do something for us he always followed up with the task promptly. You have to understand how valuable this is because Mark is a very hard worker. He’s not afraid to get in there and get his hands dirty. We started the process of looking for a recreational cabin May 2016 and our cabin was just placed on the foundation yesterday at Raystown Lake. Everything went smoothly. The cabin is beautiful and appears to be well made. We couldn’t ask for a better business to deal with. If we had it to do all over again I would certainly choose Penn Dutch Structures and Mark Glick. Mark, you are the best.

I ordered a 12' X 18" Dutch Barn with loft and paid a down payment for the building to built in 4-5 weeks. My sales person was Amy who was knowledgeable and efficient with all the sales and delivery aspects of my custom ordered Dutch Barn. Amy is a delight and Penn Structures is very fortunate to have her. Amy made the sales and delivery process a breeze. The Dutch Barn was completed on time and delivery was set-up. The delivery person delivered the Dutch Barn on time and did a great job on setting it right where it was intended to be. It was a pleasure to buy a barn from Penn Dutch Structures. I would buy from them again and recommend anyone to buy from them.

Built the shed according to specifications.

After 5 years, the gazebo I purchased from Penn Dutch Structures had developed a few problems. Staples that held some of the cedar shingles were pulling out and one corner post had settled, binding the screens so that I could not remove them. Mark Glick came out and fixed both problems for FREE. I had to put the cost as $ 0.01 because the Angies List app won't let me put in 0.00 for the cost!

We needed to have a pool shed constructed. We've long admired the pre-built Amish sheds which are usually delivered ready-made. However, we needed to have a shed built onsite, in order to be able to accommodate our existing pool pump and plumbing. I contacted Mark Glick via the website and he informed me that Penn Dutch Structures could work with us to build the shed. Stephen Beiler came to our home to examine the site and he agreed that they would need to build the shed here in order to accurately locate the hole in the floor for the needed pool hardware. On the day the shed was to be constructed, a crew of three men and two boys showed up. I was extremely impressed watching how efficiently and professionally they constructed the shed. In less than six hours, the new shed was built.
