John's has been doing our lawn service for 2 years. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend to anyone.

Removed 10 large hemlocks and an old brick patio, installed large new patio with multi sized stone pavers, added a drain in patio to improve water drainage at side of home, landscaped area where hemlocks were removed.

The responsiveness to coming out to our house to give a quote was very fast. He was there within a couple of days. We decided to go with him and sent a deposit right away. When we gave him the job we asked that we be called to be informed of a start date. Three weeks later we still hadn't heard. After a couple of calls (voice mails) and a text message that someone please call us with a start date or we were cancelling, we finally got a text message back that they would be starting the next week. They showed up on time, worked professionally and quickly, and completed the job in two days. Everything looked fantastic. We were really happy with the job they did. Just wish they could have not left us hanging on a start time. Even if they had called and said it would be 3 weeks until they could start, that would have been fine. Would most definitely use them again.

They did a really nice job. They have excellent customer service. I had some question and issues with losing some water in my waterscape and they came back immediately to fix the issue. They came back on a sunday to re open the pond knowing that I would be home because I was going out of town. They are just excellent people.
