Gary was able to come earlier than scheduled at a more convenient time. He is thorough and professional. Cleaned up around areas adjacent to gutters and left the property in great condition.We will certainly use him in the future.

Everything about this service was totally professional and well done. Calls were promptly returned and Gary arrived at the exact time promised. I have a large maple overlooking the roof so my gutters were admittedly a mess. Now they are entirely clean and the porch and back steps are spotless. My neighbor's experience was equally good. Her sidewalk is a totally different color--we never realized how grimy it was! We will both definitely call again.

Gary came out within a couple days of my call. He listened on the phone and gave me a good estimate based on my description, and kept that same fee when he came out to do the work. He was thorough, meticulous, and careful for the whole job. He asked lots of questions about my preferences along the way as needed so make sure I was happy with the job, but not so many as to be annoying. For spots that were stained and wouldn't come clean, he pointed them out and offered to have me watch him clean them. Very detail oriented guy. My pool area/patio/ walkway look GREAT. I didn't even know how dirty they were until he got them squeaky clean. I am happy.

Phone call was answered very quickly. Service was performed the very next day. Punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. All work was completed within an hour. When the work was completed, he called me at work. I met him at the house, surveyed the work, paid him, and went back to work - very convenient. Very pleasant experience and thorough job.

We're preparing to sell our house and one of the things that needed to be done was having the exterior of the house and the moss covered patio pressure washed. I researched several companies on Angie's List and chose to contact two. I received a written quote from one company that came to the premises and then spoke to Gary Strafford (of Strafford Pressure Washing) who after I described the extent of the work to be done, agreed to do the work for a price slightly above that of the other company. Although his quote was higher, I decided to have him perform the work based upon the feedback I read on Angies' List. He arrived on time several days later. We reviewed the work to be done and added a couple of cement walkway areas that I hadn't mentioned for a reasonable additional fee. He spent several hours performing the job. The result was spectacular - the exterior of the house looks fantastic, the brick patio is completely moss free and the gutters clean. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work, the price for the amount and quality of work done, his responsiveness and the overall ease of the experience.

It went extremely well. I was finally so embarrassed by the algae-covered condition of our home exterior that I called in the middle of February, hoping the mild weather would allow him to do the work. I spoke with him on a Tuesday, he came out the following morning to give an estimate, and ended up doing the work over Tuesday & Wednesday mornings the following week. The house looked brand new, and in areas where the paint didn't look completely clean, he explained how the algae had eaten into the siding. The concrete patio in the back looked so new - we had forgotten what clean surfaces looked like on our property where trees drop sticky black g*** all over everything. He explained how to maintain the clean appearance using a sprayed bleach solution every couple months. He was extremely nice, always punctual, and very patient with my young children and me.

Our home is surrounded by woods so can get "dirty" quickly and substantially. Gary showed up right on time. He's an extremely personable guy and clearly very professional. I think the job was a bit more than he expected compared to when we discussed it over the phone (we have some pretty high A-Frames). He jumped right into it. The principal issue he had to deal with was since we're on well water here, he had some pressure issues. Basically he was using water in the pressure washer faster than our well pump could keep up. But he was very professional about it and dealt with it well. He would keep us informed of how his progress was going and any issues with the house/roof/gutters that he may have come across - that was really helpful. We were really impressed with how diligent Gary was. A very substantial attention to detail. I think he spent more time on the job than he expected but never complained or any negativity - very positive guy! When he wrapped up he was very particular in cleaning up. He was very helpful in discussing the job as well as some ideas for washing/staining a deck we have. We have had our home power washed several times and, quite honestly, it never looked as good as it does now after Gary did it this time. Strafford Power Washing is now our "go to" for gutter cleaning and power washing our home.

The front of my house gets little sun and as a result I have had alot of algae type growth on the siding, brick, gutters, deck and walkway. Last year I attempted to clean it myself, by without a professional grade washer, it just wouldn't come off. Same story with my deck..My rear deck is made of Trex composite decking. Although I cleaned it last year, my cleaning did not completely remove the spotty look the deck had taken on. This year, I decided to go with a pro. My mother-in-law recommended Gary, and after confirming his status on Angie's List, I gave him a call. He promptly returned my call. Due to the multitude of areas that needed cleaning, Gary stopped by to quote the work (I was not home at the time) and provided a very reasonable price. Within a week or so of my call, my house was done. Gary showed up around 9am and was very gracious and professional. My house looks amazing thanks to his thorough cleaning, and the deck, it looks like it was installed yesterday. Not a spot to be seen. I had't expecting him to clean all the window capping, but he did that too. I highly recommend Strafford Power Washing and plan to use Gary's services again. P.S. Alhough, I had recently had my gutters cleaned, I found out Gary does them and offers very reasonble pricing.

There are many trees on my property and with recent rain and storms , there was debris on roof and in gutters. Mr Stafford showed up right when he said he would and cleaned all. He actually went on my roof and scrubbed my 3 skylights, a task I had not asked him to do. He spent about 1.5 hours here and did a great job.

Gary responded within several hours to my original call and although his price was higher than the estimate I was given by another company, he was available to come out first thing the next day (Saturday). I was really nervous about more rain in the forecast so I was very happy to have him come so quickly. When he arrived, he found that there was more work to be done than he originally thought based on my description. He had to remove the cheap gutter guards in order to clean out the gutters, in addition to having to remove two seasons' worth of debris. He pruned back some branches and a grown-in grapevine. Despite the unanticipated labor, Gary was willing to proceed with his original quoted price ($125). Considering all the additional work, however, it seemed reasonable to me to renegotiate and we agreed to a final price of $150. Gary seemed very knowledgeable, worked efficiently and was agreeable to deal with.

Gary provided an estimate of $525 - $650 over the phone based on my description of the house. He was able to schedule an appointment within just a few days. He was on site for about 5 hours and seemed to be thorough. His final charge was $625.00, which included my house (approx 2600 sq ft), front walk, gutters, 5 skylights and chimney. Overall, I was pleased with the price and the service. My only disappointment was that he did not clean the roof, which I had "assumed" was included. He did offer an estimate for what the roof cleaning would cost, but that needs a separate appointment.

Gary returned my call within a few hours. We set a time and date for him to clean our gutters and he showed up on time. He performed the task completely and professionally in a timely manner. We had two areas on our siding which were problematic in my being able to clean. I asked him to clean those areas and he was able to do that while here. Gary gave some good advice on a roofing mildew problem and suggestions for other corrections to some related concerns. His entire demeanor was friendly and professional. The pricing was in line with what I had paid before, hence the "B" rating. I would recommend Gary to others and have already scheduled him for follow on work.

Saw the great reviews for Strafford and decided to give Gary a call. I called him on a Thursday explained what I wanted done and told him I had family coming into town and needed to get it done quickly! He came out Wednesday the next week!!! Gary was on time and the house and deck look amazing!!!! He communicated everything he did and we couldn't be more happy. There is no question we will use Gary for all of our pressure washing needs in the future.

Punctual, professional, and conscientious. The siding and trim was very dirty with alge, dust, mould and mildew. At the completion of the job everything looked good as new. Additionally, Gary cleaned out the gutters, downspouts and window wells and cleaned the hardscaping adjacent to the house for the original estimate. Our property is a large end unit town home with multiple roof lines and surfaces. I can recommend Strafford Pressure Washing unconditionally.

Gary was very nice and professional. He arrived on time and spent about 4 hours. The second story of the back of the house is very high up so it's not the easiest house to work on. He suggested getting the house a "rinse off" to get exterior debris off, which we agreed to for an additional fee. Overall, very happy and would use him again in the future!

Great! Gary was very responsive and scheduled me as soon as the weather would permit. He arrived early and worked over 3 full hours to complete the project. He checked in with me half-way through the process to show me the difference between the newly cleaned portion of the house and the uncleaned part just to make sure I was happy. I thought it was a little expensive but he did a great job and came right away so I'm very pleased (and you get what you pay for). Gary was very nice and personable - I would recommend his service to anyone! Next time my house needs to be pressure washed I will definitely use his service again.

Called Monday morning to get an estimate for cleaning our gutters, left message, and Gary called me back shortly thereafter. Quoted me a price range that seemed a bit broad so I asked if he could quote a specific price. Gary said he'd swing by the house and take a look and leave estimate in mailbox, and if I approved it he could do the job the next day (Tuesday). (Which was great because heavy rain was expected later in the week and we knew we had some clogged gutters.) Price was fair, and he wasn't going to charge me extra to remove the leaf guards I had put in from Home Depot. I called Gary that night to book the job. He was here when he said he would be on Tuesday. He had his proof of insurance to show my wife. All the work was done from a ladder (as we prefer) with him flushing both the gutters and the downspouts. He provided some helpful suggestions regarding the leaders that take the water away from the house. Gary was very responsive and helpful. Our gutters look the cleanest they have in a long time! Very happy!

Gary was very responsive, friendly, and proactive. He did my 85 year old mother-in-law's home. She lives alone and gets very anxious. Weather conditions were an issue in getting the job done, but Gary was able to get out and get it done before the date he had promised. He was very nice and made my mother-in-law feel comfortable. He did the job quickly and to her satisfaction. We will use him again. We have been looking for someone to do pressure washing and will use him when the weather breaks.

I contacted Gary In early December about having the house pressure-washed. He informed me that he was busy at the time but would be available after Christmas; he send me a note and a business card as a follow-up to our conversation . He called me back after Christmas and scheduled the job. He did the job in a professional manner. He arrived on time; he surveyed the job, taking the time to explain what the cleaning process could and could achieve; he worked on the task for the better part of four hours and did a thorough job; he cleaned up the work area when he finished; afterward, he made several recommendations for further home improvement on the deck and steps. I am very pleased with the job he did and the price I paid, I will recommend Gary unconditionally to friends and neighbors.

Perfect..Gary - the owner (? I'm bad with names) was right on time, and the work began right away. He's very pleasant and great to be around. Despite there being more debris than I think he expected the work was done without a mess and was done extremely well. Our house is on the larger side with gutters on all sides and an addition. I offered to pay him additional $$$ given how much there was to clean, but he declined. Great guy, Great Service!! I will be using him again later this fall for the gutters and again in the spring to pressure wash the deck.

In a word...WOW! Here's what happened...last week we had a LOT of rain and my clogged gutters lead to a flooded basement. I realized my gutters needed some SERIOUS attention, so I found Gary's company here on Angie's List. I left a message on Saturday, and got a call back later that evening. I told Gary about my concern about more water in the basement if we got more rain and he arranged to come see me first thing on Monday morning. When Monday morning came, it was already starting to rain...Gary came anyway - because he knew how concerned I was. Once he got here, we reviewed the issue and he immediately spotted a few problems (vines and branches) that I said I'd take care of after he left. After Gary got to work, my doorbell rang, he was concerned enough about the vines - he wanted some clippers, to address it right now...no charge. (Turns out he even trimmed the branches too!) Once he was done, he gave me LOTS of advice on addressing water issues outside that will make a REAL difference and are easy to do...in my mind the sign of a TRUE pro! FYI - Gary worked in the rain which got heavier later in the day - and the gutters are working GREAT!
