Gary Strafford returned my call within 24 hours and promptly scheduled the job. His price for the job was very reasonable He was profesional and I enjoyed working with him. The job was done on July 4th. The results were great. Outstanding job.

I contacted Gary Strafford by phone around noon, requesting a pressure washing estimate for a two story colonial home. Gary responded quickly and returned my call just shy of 5:00. He stated he was busy waiting for a delivery, but had a few minutes to provide me with a quote. He asked a few questions about the home's exterior and presented me with a quote of $525 for the pressure wash. I explained to Gary that four other quotes for the job averaged around $350 to $375, and recommended he take a look at the property in person or online to get a better picture. Gary bristled at the remark and said that with his experience he would not get close to those figures. Unfotrunately, because of the price we will not be using Strafford Pressure Washing.

The contractor did a great job quickly, on time and at a reasonable price. White asbestos-shingle house looks brand-new.

Gary really takes care of my pool deck, the wood planter boxes around the pool and my concrete/brick patio. It is a shaded area so it really gets a lot of algae and mold. The job takes most of the day. It is also an incredibly dirty job - at the end Gary is a mess. You must have water and a hose available. Gary does the rest. At then end the concrete is absolutely clean and the wood planter boxes, which were installed over 20 years ago look like new. I have this done at least every other year.

Gary did a great job. He did more than I asked for and was very courteous.

Very pleasant to work with this father/son team

I cannot believe how well this all went. I contacted Gary on Tuesday, he called back Wednesday morning and was able to stop by that day to give an estimate. I appreciated his advice on things to do and things to be left for another time. I called Thursday to accept the estimate and it was all done by the afternoon. I was lucky enough to catch him in a lull of activity, but would gladly wait the next time if needed. The work was great and he was very fair about issues with our gutter that were more involved that he realized. Will hire Gary again without hesitation.

Greg came by the same day I called to give me an estimate on the job. He arrived when he said he would (right on time) and started and finished the job the same day. He did an incredible job. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for future power washing needs. He was polite, courteous and very helpful.

Garry Strafford was excellent. He came promptly and did the work promptly. He was really congenial and told us what we needed to do. We have a stucco house and we haven’t had it done since we moved in thirty-five years ago and it was beautiful, it looked like a brand new house.

Owner responded in a very timely manner just as his voice mail said he would. He was able to provide an estimate over the phone by asking a series of specific questions. Did not choose only because of the time frame of availability.

It's a very large house with lots of gutters and he was able to clean them all without problem or incident.

The owner, Gary, was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He did a quality job at a fair price and you can't ask for more than that.

I called Strafford and he was able to start within a couple of days. He power-washed the walls on a Saturday and re-stained/sealed the decks on the following Monday, all while I was away on vacation. It was like coming back to a fresh house after the vacation. Strafford answered or returned my calls either the same day or the next day. The extent of work, the timing, and the price were all clearly communicated and kept to. I would definitely use Strafford again. In fact, I did about a month later on our new(er) house, where he pressure-washed a large composite deck and railings. He did a great job at a good price in a timely way there as well.

Gary Strafford was very responsive. I had called him over the weekend, he returned my call Monday morning, and arranged to come on Tuesday morning just before Thanksgiving. He not only cleaned all my gutters thoroughly, but also trimmed some overhanging tree branches that were contributing to gutter clogs. He gave suggestions on how to handle the trees. Further, he made some very specific and helpful suggestions regarding extending our downspouts to increase the effectiveness of the diversion of runoff. Clearly, he knows his stuff and is committed to doing a quality job with the long term interests of the client in mind.

My experience with Strafford Pressure Washing was excellent. Gary responded to my initial call in a timely manner. He quoted a competitive price and delivered more than I expected for that price. He arrived on the job when he said that he would and was done by the time he promised. He took initiative to clean our porch, which was not included in what I asked him to do, and he corrected two drainage problems I was not aware of. He is a friendly and nice guy. He was open to suggestions. Even if I asked him to do something beyond his scope of work, he was able to do it in a professional, courteous and timely manner. He was very thorough in his job and communicative as well. He also offered a reasonable price.

Gary came out the day after we called to inquire about getting spilled citronella candle wax off our slate patio. He had previously cleaned all of our gutters and done a great job. He powerwashed the patio and worked up most of the stubborn wax. The patio looks great! Gary is professional, thoughtful, takes time to explain what needs to be done, and always delivers for a good price.

After reading Angie's List reviews of Gary Strafford Pressure Washing I contacted him on a Monday afternoon and he was at our home the next day at the agreed upon time. During our phone conversation he had given me an estimate that, frankly, seemed too low. Our gutters were so packed that water leaked into a bedroom ceiling. In addition there were tree branches growing densely over the roof contributing to the problem of access. Examining the situation on-site, and obviously uncomfortable doing so, Mr. Strafford explained that, because of the aforementioned, he would have to raise the quote. I had expected that would be necessary and agreed to the new cost. He went right to work, even cutting back many branches so that he could effectively reach the worst areas around the roof. I know the job took him twice as long to complete than he had expected; but he was good natured and professional - even after spending hours on the roof on that extremely hot day. Having completed the cleaning he told me about some problems with the roof and the trees overhanging it and offered advice on which trees should be removed and/or trimmed back to avoid clogging or damage to the house in the future. My gutters look great and I don't dread the next rain storm. I will certainly call Mr. Strafford again for gutter cleaning and pressure washing.

I contacted Gary Strafford (Strafford Pressure Washing Co) for a price to have my gutters cleaned. He gave me a price range for cleaning the gutters (Without having seen the house) We agreed on the price range and we scheduled the appointment. It should be noted that I didn't tell him that several of gutters had not been cleaned since 1997. Gary arrived on time, confirmed the price, completed the work. I arranged for Gary to come back next march to power was the siding,soffets etc.

Gary agreed to perform the work at our residence even though we are not within his normal servicing area. He also accommodated us on very short (three day) notice. He was very professional and courteous on the phone and arrived ahead of time. The results were very good and the price reasonable; our concrete was unusually stained. Would definitely consider Gary's services again (if we move within his servicing area).
