+ -1 moreThe experience went very well. The owner was very professional and took the time to completely understand my concerns help me build a plan to address the problem. He then took the time to discuss short and long term options and helped design a plan of action that took into account my future planned home renovations. Upon completion of the work, the owner completely cleaned up his work. I will use this company again and recommend them to anyone with any plumbing or sewer problems.
Description of Work: I recently hired Steve Botella Construction & Excavation for a major plumbing/sewer issue at my home. The owner arrived when promised and quickly diagnosed the problem. It turned out that the one of my two ejection pumps had burned out and the other one was stuck in the on position. Steve Botella was able to get the one working pump operational as a short term solution. We then discussed short and long term solutions to the sewer problems at my house.
