Needed new boiler. Got quote for $ 18,000. Middletown HVACs quote was $8,200. He showed up on time; speced and scheduled the job; arrived with all the right parts. Done by end of a long day. Like the work and the person. Scheduled A/C replacement afterwards. That is now done also.

Nice and very excellent service

Bryan has been amazing. He was able to come out right away to give us an estimate to replace our HVAC when ours stopped working during the coldest week of the year. His prices are fantastic and he does not push the most expensive unit just to make more money. He was at our house installing the new unit within 2 days. He has worked with our insurance company to help with the claim. We are very happy with the quality of his work and his customer service. We highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.

Bryan was so attentive to my situation. Our boiler went out right before Christmas. We have a young child and we were nervous about his comfort. Bryan shared that same concern and did all he could given the time constraints of the holidays. Bryan got the heat going (replaced the entire system as soon as he possibly could). Called Middletown HVAC for routine heater bleed when the company I normally use was unable to come out. I have a newborn baby in the house and was concerned about him being cold. Technician came out and found during our inspection that our boiler was not only not functioning properly but was unsafe for use due to water rot. We were floored as the previous company mentioned NOTHING years before. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to get things replaced in a quick and efficient manner. They came back and took care of it within a matter of two days. Needless to say, I will no longer be calling the old company and I will only be calling Middletown. Technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Bryan came out and gave me an estimate for a 3 on 1 mini split. He was also able to offer me financing, so I was able to quickly schedule and get everything installed before it got too cold. The whole process went smoothly, he explained the whole process thoroughly and was very friendly. The unit is mounted on the outside wall so my husband was very happy he can still mow the lawn in that area !! I can confidently recommended Middletown HVAC. We will definitely be using them again.
