Honest guy, I called before and he told me how to fix a prob no charge but it was more of a task and so we needed maintenance on some sprinklers and called Charlie, pretty honest, straight forward, compared to other jobs and his advice I'd recommend him definitely and his charge are fare.

Charlie came out right away. And took care of our winterization quickly. Will continue to use his services moving forward.

I left a request for an estimate on sprinkler spring start up and received a call back from Charlie within an hour. He happened to be working in the area and was able to get my system up and running that same morning. I recently moved into my house and never used a sprinkler system before. Charlie took the time to explain how the system worked and showed me how to program it. I was very pleased with the service he provided and will continue to use Impact in the future.

Called Charlie for an evaluation of the repairs needed on my sprinkler system. He responded next day and set an appointment for a few days out. He provided a detailed proposal, which was very competitive, and said he could do the work within a week if the rain held off. He showed up on time and completed the job. Very professional and good customer follow up. I recommend, and would use again.

I had an issue with an installed pump that failed, but was still in warranty, After reaching the vendor after several attempts he replaced the pump. My only recommendation is that the vendor needs to communicate better with the customer.

After a diagnosis of the problem (the prior owners never used the system and it was not operational), we had Charlie come out and fix the issue. We wound up having to reschedule based on weather but he came out and fixed our system, installed new heads, removed some others, but bottom line is the job was swiftly done and we are very pleased with the service. We will for certain have him/his company do the routine maintenance on our system and perhaps look to upgrade in the future.

Charlie came out right on time and told me what was wrong with my system. He did not try any sort of high pressure sales or to talk over my head, etc. He was honest and advised what needed to be done and what I could eliminate from the system. We will more likely than not hire him to complete the repairs in the next couple of days. Very pleased.
