Jerry seemed to be professional while doing the work but after my work was completed, forget it! I called and communicated to him that my new front steps possessed 'spider web' looking cracks along with my steps being a different color than the rest of my surrounding patio and walkway that he had completed. His reply was that the sun will bleach the steps to match the rest of the cement. In addition, after the first winter, my whole walkway and patio had approximately .75 inch in diameter craters, which will only get worse due to expansion and contraction. I had called Jerry to let him know of this situation and he said he would only patch the walkway and not the patio. We had setup a day/time but he did not show. I followed up to see when he was coming out and he had never returned my phone calls. My neighbor also had Jerry pour her new steps and add a patio but her patio developed craters as well. Jerry came across as professional but after he completed our jobs and received his money, he did not care nor did he back his product. Very disappointed!
