Description of Work: We originally se a date with this contractor for in-home drapery cleaning. We had to reschedule one additional time to 1/21 due to availability on our end. The contractor seemed to understand and led us to believe he was fine with the rescheduled date. |Today (1/21), the scheduled date, one of us took time off from work to be here . . . the contractor did not call, and did not show up. Also, FYI we had called yesterday 1/20 to "confirm" - and got no answer - my wife left a message saying we were expecting them tomorrow 1/21. Today my wife called again to see what happened - no answer - she left another message. Right now we have no idea whether this contractor wants to/will perform the work - we suspect something untoward may have happened, but . . . in a way hope not. Very disappointing since we scheduled with this contractor based on your reviews and recommendation.

+ -1 moreMy experience with Elite was most positive. I dropped off the fabric and lining and gave Joe my window measurments and a photograph. I didn't need them completed for a month but he had them ready in about a week and a half and they were very well done. He came by with the finished draperies to my home/office. He was most prompt and business like and I have only good to report.
Description of Work: I needed on pair of draperies made using my own fabric and lining. I called several sources and Elite was the most professional and responsible. He returned my call promptly, and I could tell that he knew what he was talking about. I am a designer and have been looking for someone who I can work with since the workroom that I have used for a long time closed shop and I was desparate to find someone new.

+ -1 moreThis was a good experience. Joe was knowledgeable about product availability and fit. He was courteous, entertained my 2 yr old, and took his shoes off EVERY time he came in the house. Others that came for quote did not. I got a detailed estimate and a maile receipt for the down payment. Proper receipt for final payment. He will be the first person I call when we are considering blinds elsewhere in the house.
Description of Work: Came out and measured, ordered, and installed 11 Hunter Douglas blinds (10 cellular and 1 faux wood). Free upgrade to chordless and a 10% discount.
