+ -1 moreEverything he did was awesome! Never had a problem. Made sure all the work was done while keeping in mind the health aspect. People who came in to do the job were nice and friendly. During the job, for some reason the washing machine and dryer didn't work. Allowed me to go to his house to use his washing machine and dryer. It was phenomenal! I can't speak highly enough of them!
Description of Work: Renovations in the house. A mud room added and had kitchen redone. Extended the basements to make it a band room. Put in rugs, wood floors, closets, generator, air conditioning unit. Extended office and laundry room.

+ -1 moreWorking with EGM was a good experience over all. Once working at your house, Manny is very attentive and easy to get a hold of. The basement waterproofing was done in a week, the windows and floors in a few days, a the kitchen over the span of about a month. I've been very happy with the results so far!
Description of Work: replaced 9 windows, basement waterproofing, full kitchen remodel, refinish hardwood floors, fix front porch supports.

He makes sure to cover everything to prevent dust and clean up everyday before finishing, which is extremely helpful for my asthma. He makes everything a lot easier for me, including bringing down my washer and dryer for my convenience.

Description of Work: We were looking for a contractor for a major home renovation project. Manny was one of the contractors we worked with in putting our project together. He was very responsive. He answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. He worked with us to find the best products and pricing for our project. He seemed to be a man of high integrity, who I would trust working in my home. We were about to hire him for our job, so we checked his references. Each one raved about how incredible his work was, how great he was to work with, and how carefully he fixed any problems that came up during the project. Ultimately, we decided to go another direction with our project, but we would have had no hesitation about hiring Manny.

Description of Work: Price for labor only. Materials brought total to 60+. Removed all hardwood floors and reinstalled, remove half wall between kitchen and living room, demolish kitchen and install new cabinets etc. with new configuration. They were incredibly responsive. Manny is great. Any hiccups were quickly rectified.

+ 3 moreThis is a great company. Emanuel and EGM are now our "go to" guys for all of our home projects. Our house is old, and so there are lots of surprises in any job we do. Emanuel goes "above and beyond" no matter how big or small the project. He thought through the best design for the closets with us, closely supervised the work, and offered honest feedback about our concerns and ideas. All of the men who work for EGM are polite and professional, and the work was done on time and followed Emanuel's high standards all the way from start to finish. What we most appreciate about EGM is that they get things done almost before we ask! Just a great experience all around, and we've had plenty of negative contractor experiences, so we know.
Description of Work: We contacted EGM about two projects: a bathroom remodeling and adding closets to two bedrooms. In addition, we had them carpet and paint the upstairs.
