We have used them for many years for new gutters and downspouts, gutter guards, general repairs, etc.. Great to work with and always quick to respond. Joe does fine work.

I'm very happy with their services. I'm even more pleased with their honesty. When I first bought my current home (a fixer upper), Other contractors quoted thousands of dollars for replacing the roof. The Civitellas were honest with me about the condition of the relatively NEW ROOF that just needed a couple of shingles re-attached. The replacement of the front door and screen door helped bring down the utility bill, the door is of good quality.

I interviewed 4 contractors to install new gutters, downspouts, and aluminum over all of my fascia board and exposed wood. Joe from Civitella was outstanding to deal with. He came out a second time before I even signed the contract to review all of my questions about the install. I am in the computer field, so in my business it's either right or wrong, while in construction business there is always that middle area (which I have trouble with during any construction around my house), I start googling and drive myself crazy making sure any contractors I hire are doing the project correctly. Joe was just as OCD as me and made sure everything was 100% correct using the best material. I worked from home the day of the install and went outside to check on the progress and he always showed me what they did and how they did it. They use quality products (ie thick alcoa aluminum) and clean up after, punctual, and professional. The team is not subcontracted. They all work as full-time employees for Civitella and you can see they had fun working with each other. Some mentioned they worked for Joe for over 10 years. His workers even took time to show my young boys their tools which my boys loved. I can't say enough about Joe and his team. I am a believer in you get what you pay for, but Joe was at a great price point but provided high end material and service.

We were selling our home and he inspector noted a few minor issues with the roof. Joe came to the house and charged us a modest price to address only the items that needed to be addressed and no more. He was up front and very helpful.

I saw them replace shutters on a neighbors house and they were satisfied with the job. Called for a quote. They came out to measure. Ordered the shutter and came out to install. Everything in a timely fashion and reasonably priced.

I spent $50 on their first visit and $130 on their second visit. It was a positive experience. I have used them for a long time. They are very responsive, reasonable and stand behind their work. They are very prompt. They are professional.

They were the only company that would come in the winter and cleared the ice out of our gutters. I would use them in the future.

He came out for estimate and said he'd have it to me within 2 weeks. A month went by and I called to see what was going on and left him a message. He then left me a message saying he was on vacation for the 2 weeks and would be dropping the estimate off. I still haven't seen the estimate and it's been over 2 months.

Courteous and prompt reply to request for estimate. Job was completed in time frame given. Cut back branch on tree that posed a problem and did not charge more.

The installation crew is very well trained in there craft. The methods and material were fist rate. Mr. Civitella was very helpful to us when we were choosing the color and type of siding. He is very patient which is very important to a home owner. You really can't beat the price and quality.

Excellent experience. Price was very competitive, work was performed in a timely manner. Workers showed up every day until job completed, in spite of 99 degree weather. Cleaned up waste and left home neat. Asked for payment after work was completed. Needed to come back to complete one very small part of the work and returned the very next day. Quality of workmanship appears to be very good.

Initial call returned promptly. Joe did the work himself with helper. Extremely professional, personal, polite and clean. No trace that they had been there. Quality was exceptional. Would use them again in a heart beat. Also, checked them out through BBB, clean record. They have an excellent website which gives a great list of questions to use when shopping for estimates. Some things I never thought to ask. Family run business and very personable. Came by house without me home to size up job. Mailed a detailed estimate which he kept to the penny except for unseen damage. Excellent experience. Keep doing what you're doing.
